"We were traveling from Vietnam to Russia, via Kazakhstan. We found this hotel on Trip.com and booked it with breakfast. Booking and paying with our Russian card was easy. We didn't enable roaming, so we navigated by memory using a map, as the car's GPS was struggling and the hotel wasn't showing up on Google Maps. We drove at night, relying on our memory of the map. There was no one to ask for directions, and no Wi-Fi either. We found it almost by accident. One drawback: no road signs. As we approached, we saw a sign that said "STABLES" when we were looking for "Scandic Hotel." When we got closer to the building, we realized it was what we were looking for. All in all, it was a miracle! The hotel itself is clean, with towels and all amenities available, right down to a shoe sponge. There's a kettle, water, and tea for one cup. The breakfast was delicious."

"At the arrival, unfortunately no reception, no mobile data( only possible if you get a telephone map on site) 4 closed doors with a code you have not previously, a foreign country, was a horror scenario. Thank God, in one of the rooms, a guest who could contact the hotel owner was also able to contact and helped continue. The room was booked over Trip.com I also booked my flight over this page, which was very nice and complicated and paid over PayPal. A young lady then came to pay. It was alleged that no money had arrived and is always paid in bar only in this hotel. I had to pay in bar again on site and change the money before. I think that was a shit. That's why I don't recommend this hotel. Otherwise, hotel rooms were new/modernly furnished."

"Een goed 4-sterren hotel. Met parket in de kamer!!! Alle verschillende amenities beschikbaar. Ook het strikt Italiaanse restaurant geweldig. Goed personeel. Ik rook sigaretten en helaas is er geen comfortabele ruimte buiten waar je misschien met een drank zitten; Simpelweg buiten de ingang of achter de parkeerplaats staan. Maar dit is een probleem meer van mij dan hen"

"Het hotel was een vuil gemalen ondergoed, het werd niet veranderd na een andere gast, geen vuil vloeren in de kamer. 40 minuten na de opmerking werd ik naar een andere kamer verhuisd, maar zelfs niet verontschuldigd. In de toiletdoekjes van het afvalwater is het horen verschrikkelijk, horen alles wat er in de volgende kamer gebeurt."

"Overall, my stay at Sayahat (Sajakhat) was average. The location is fairly convenient, with shops nearby and it is possible to reach different places without much difficulty. However, the furniture in the room is quite old and shows signs of wear. It would be better if the rooms were updated and the furniture replaced or renovated. There were also some difficulties for guests traveling on business when it comes to receiving the necessary documents for reporting purposes. In general, the hotel could improve the overall experience by updating the furniture and organizing the document process more efficiently for business travelers."
