It was a great stay with a dark bathroom that if it were lighted normally it would have been 5 stars.

The address is not listed properly on *******, therefore we thought we were booking something in a different area. The location isn’t necessarily bad, but it wasn’t what we expected.
The room is cool and we were stoked to be there nonetheless.
We had initially booked a week, as it looked alright, and was close enough to what we wanted so we rolled with the flow.
I cannot understate this enough: This is the worst bed I have ever slept on. I’ve slept on desert rocks and under trees that were more comfortable than this bed. I travel a lot and stay in random places all the time but this was hands down the worst. We left after 6 days feeling like we’d been hit by a Mack truck! A rug on the ground would have been better. A yoga mat.
That really sank the hotel for us. Other than that, it ain’t that bad.

Great property, super well located in the main crossroads of tulum. No parking avail and the google address is incorrect!

Exactly as the pictures. Near the end of Avenida Tulum, so pretty quiet. Staff is helpful and the restaurant is good

Emplacement un peu loin du centre, la chambre no: 13 très grande et la décoration superbe. Le seul problème , elle est située sur le grand boulevard alors très brillant la nuit. Très bon restaurant.
