洗澡水本身就很小 中間還突然斷水了 導致我先出來等水 過了半個小時又進去洗 非常不隔音 設計的房間捱得很近 大早上被各個房間出門聲打掃聲吵得不可睡覺了

用國內五星酒店的費用住青年旅舍的酒店，行程中最簡陋的酒店，沒有提供水和早餐，是真的又貴又小。很少給人差評，這次衝著希爾頓字樣入住，太失望了，應該説是此希爾頓非彼希爾頓吧？要不真的顛覆了我對希爾頓的印象。

Hotel tres bien moderne et propre!
Sauf lit petit pour 2 personne et chambres très petite! Tulum restaurant très dispendieux sur le bord de la plage
Recommande le secteur aldea sama a1 km de hotel motto

굉장히 방이 작고 루프탑뷰 했는데 뷰도 4층밖에 안되서 그렇게 좋지도 않고 옆편 창문다보여서 매일 블라인드 치고 있었어요 수영장은 작지만 인테리어가 굉장히 깔끔하고 예쁩니다 체크인할때 여자직원은 조금 무례했어요
다른직원들은 친절하십니다

The property is nice. However, the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pool area is nice. Customer service was good. You can bike to the downtown area, but you will need a taxi for the beaches.

This hotel is modern, and well maintained. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
The rooms are nicely furnished, however the washrooms offer little privacy.
The 10usd credit per day that you are given can only be used on the rooftop pool bar.
