The room was comfortable and relaxing. The staff was amazing and they went above and beyond. I would happily stay here again.

It is very nice and clean ,peaceful , everything is Tulum so expensive and I was happy to stay here worth your money , receptionist Geraldine was so sweet and very helpful, since hotel recently changed hands they are trying to improve and listen everything. Dominique and Eryck wellness power couple I enjoyed yoga and ice bath experience keep it up Lula

Amazing hotel and service. Beautiful beach club and views. Without any doubt the most beautiful yoga studio I have ever been to, the view is just breathtaking when walking into the room. Teachers were all really great. Loved the variety of classes and styles.

Best place to spend the day!!!!!!!!!!!!! From breakfast to dinner, good food, comfortable sunbeds. Minimum consumption of 1000 mexican pesos per person. Miguel is an attentive and kind waiter. I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really tasty vegetarian and gluten free meals - great variety and superb flavor profiles. Am not a vegetarian and Ioved Rooms were generous with good a/c Super yoga studio on the beach. Did I mention great food?!? Staff is super helpful and beach is clean

We enjoyed the room and the property was well kept. I think it's pretty expensive for what you get, but that goes for the whole area which was a lot more crowded and expensive than I ever expected and will not be coming back. They could have kept the sargassum off the beach better, but I'm sure everyone is trying their best this time of year. They had the firepit in the middle of the property which blew smoke in our room during the day which we had to air out. Overall it was just okay.

The room is VERY comfortable. The Hotel location is perfect, beautiful beach and close to good restaurants. The vibe of the place is marvelous. All staffing are friendly. The Hotel restaurant is good, but I also recommend to explore surroundings, we had dinner and breakfast at other places that were even better.

This was a wonderful vacation! The food was delicious. The rooms were beautiful and really appreciated the room turned over twice a day. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, Really enjoyed the yoga classes and any experience we were looking for the staff, particularly Allegra worked to make that happen for us. Highly recommend!!

Lula has a very special vibe and represents perfectly what Tulum should be; we went on a beach club day for a birthday celebration. Food is amazing (try the burrata pizza), the staff is very attentive and there is parking available which comes in VERY handy.
