Bij aankomst wordt je wagen veilig weggezet op een vallet parking. Dit kleine hotel is rustig, netjes en heeft een geweldig ontbijt. De service die William en Daniël je bieden is voortreffelijk en met een brede glimlach. Zo kan je dag alvast niet stuk.

Dit is een pareltje om te bezoeken. Vrij prijzig maar de moeite waard. Kamers hebben een privé zwembad en een Butlerservice die via Whatsapp bereikbaar is. Kamer is groot en proper, heel goed bed en turndown service. Parking is beveiligd en er is valet voorzien. Vooral het personeel maakt een groot verschil, wij hadden bv. Een probleem met water en dat werd direct en professioneel opgelost.

We loved everything. From the valet parking to the service on the beach. Actually had one of our best meals in Mexico for lunch… Most of all the people that work here make you feel special, welcomed and pampered. A special “bravo” to María!! Wonderful woman. Also an applause to Walter. We’re not hotel guests but have been here at the beachclub a couple of times. Definitely coming back when in Tulum and will advise friends and family to stay in this resort.

I went here with some friends on our first trip to Tulum. We were helped by some very helpful guests, one being named Rafael. If you want a somewhat affordable, organized time on the beach, I highly recommend this place for those visiting when they come.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are very roomy and luxurious- the entire staff was very welcoming- Rafael and his beachside margaritas were especially amazing! Will definitely come back to this property in Tulum

Great service, great staff, great food!! The amazing people there include the food service staff and front desk concierge staff. Rafael, William, Maria, Melissa, Manuel. Everyone willing to help and make your stay memorable. Relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

William, Aldo, Maria, Fer and Alejandra greeted us every morning with a smile and made us feel welcomed. They were very attentive to our needs and accommodating. They always made us feel right at home. The staff makes a huge difference in how much we enjoy coming to Ana and Jose because everyone is always pleasant.

The perfect getaway with beautiful beach and top notch service. The breakfast was served with in 10-15 minutes of ordering. Coffee and fresh juices were served right away. Servers were extremely friendly and flexible. We had Aldo, William, Maria, Fernando and Alejandro serve us daily. Also even gave us free Spanish lessons. Pau was the concierge who recommended us restaurants to eat at and things to do. Pool spa and yoga was extremely relaxing. We would love to visit this place again.

Rafael in the beach club is the absolute best. Myself and 10 ladies celebrated my birthday. Rafael was attentive, kind and made sure that we were well taken care of. The food it great ansld the atmosphere relaxing. Definitely recommend. Will be back
