Prima locatie in rustig gedeelte van Tulum Nette en grote kamer die goed gekuist wordt. Rustig zwembad Vriendelijk personeel dat je steeds tips kan geven Kwalitatief ontbijt, mag alleen iets uitgebreider zijn, maar kwam waarschijnlijk ook doordat er heel weinig gasten waren (midden september=eind van seizoen) Ideale uitvalsbasis om uitstappen te maken Een auto is echter wel nodig hiervoor, maar de wegen zijn prima !

Super verblijf gehad. Complex is mooi ingericht. De kamers zijn prachtig. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam. We zouden hier zo weer heen gaan. Rustig gelegen, net buiten het centrum van tulum pueblo. Dichtbij palma centra Een huurauto is wel fijn om tot je beschikking te hebben.

Nice and simple hotel with a beautiful pool and outdoor area! Quiet location but only 10-15 mins walk to the centre and 5 mins from Palma Central. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Really helpful and friendly staff, they helped us with taxis and tour bookings. Staff were also readily available if you come across any issues! Free breakfast, which was simple but enough and lovely, with fresh juices everyday!

It exceeds the expectations in regards to ambience, the photos don't do it justice. It's clean, fresh and neat. The rooms are simple and include the expected. Comfortable beds as well. The pool was perfect! Since most guests make excursions the pool is mostly empty during the day, so that leaves you alone in the quite if you like that. No music, and no noise at all. There are bikes to rent which was very convenient. Location: yes, it's in the outskirts of the pueblo/city center, and yes the street is a bit sketchy, very dirty and it has no street lights. You can however easily walk to the center area and there are several options of restaurants very close by. But bikes makes life easier. This is a great place to stay for comfort use as a base for different daytrips and excusions. All in all it lives up to the expectations and promises. The real disappointment was the breakfast. It was poor. Very poor. But it was great for our purpose of the stay we intended!

Definitely a trek to get to the hotel and not necessarily the safest to walk at night as a female (there are some dark corners) but a very wonderful hotel otherwise. Just be ready to have to pay $150mx every time you want a taxi to and from el centro.

I got stuck in Tulum late in the night while traveling south and saw Villa H2O to reserve online. After reserving, I called and the attendant told me he would be gone for the day by the time I arrived but he will leave the room keys with security. This man was very accommodating and friendly. This place was chic and simple but still so beautiful. Very clean!
