In het regenwoud is de omgeving niet slecht, en natuurlijk zijn er veel muggen... Het eten is gemiddeld, niet geweldig en niet slecht, ik denk dat de service vrij gemiddeld is, niet erg proactief en zal de rest vaker storen, de geluidsisolatie is niet goed, het grootste deel van de nacht Of ik werd meerdere keren wakker gemaakt in de vroege ochtend.Wat ik het meest niet leuk vind, is dat meerdere dolfijnen worden opgesloten in een klein zwembad...Kortom, het is een zeer commerciële en onpersoonlijk hotel

Just arrived home from a 10 day stay at Grand Serenis. The property is very large so a lot of walking is required. Edgar, Issac and Derek made our stay more enjoyable. The worst part of our stay was the noise outside our room all night long.

The food was good. Not over the top, but we could always find something we liked.
The grounds were nice with the exception of people leaving their trash all over. I picked cups off the edge of the lazy river just about every time I went around.
The staff was friendly, but not overly so when compared to other places I've stayed in the region. The Brazilian breakfast and lunch buffet were the worst. They changed the hosted for the last few days of our stay and she was great. The first one was horrible. She'd see you standing at the podium to be seated and she'd turn and walk the other way to go talk to the waiters. We often had to seat ourselves and go up and get our own silverware and glassed for water and coffee. She never smiled.
We enjoyed our stay, but won't be back to this particular resort.

Beautiful resort, the food is not bad but the rooms need some tlc we had an issue with our rooms our bathroom shower drain clogged, and my kids room had ants and the thermostat was messed up they sent maintenance and tried fixing it and refused to give us a different room until the next morning we woke up to water dripping from the ceiling finally my husband had enough and he demanded another room. That was not a great experience at all.

The property was clean and the beach staff were very attentive. Booking reservations for the ala carte restaurant was a challenge and we never could make reservations. The food at the buffet was ok as far as buffets go. The view from the room of the ocean was wonderful and relaxing to sit out on the balcony at night. The size of the resort made you plan ahead to make sure you did not forget anything in your room. Our room was a 1/4 mile from the beach, 1/2 mile from the lobby and buffet and 3/4 mile from the gym. A lot of walking. Overall it was very nice and we would stay again.

Would recommend this resort. Staff was amazing. Always friendly and courteous. Constantly cleaning. Never had a bad meal at any buffet or al a carte. Pools were clean and big. Bar staff was quick and the lazy River was a short but relaxing ride. The beach BBQ and taco stand was amazing. Roof top bar was a nice touch. We would definitely book there again

Such an awesome stay! Facilities were great, almost never any lines, and many staff always available to help with any of our needs. Shout out to our concierge team: Tony, Isaac, Fernando, and Derek - always available and wanting to help make out stay better! Also at guest services, Alejandro and Dianna helped make our stay extra-special. Even the manager Edgar got us one last a-la-carte reservation. Warm, professional, and courteous all around!!!

Loved the overall stay. The food was just okay and the room would not cool, making for sleepless nights. The beach was wonderful and the view from our room was great. We will definitely return.
