Casa Ganesh Tulum

We had a lovely experience at casa Ganesh. The room was very clean and tidy and the customer service experience was amazing. The hotel Is right on the beach , in the middle of Tulum party center, and Sandra from the reception was so friendly and helpful. We would be so happy to come back again!

Very nice hotel! Bungalow -vibes. The room was super cozy. Loved that we got coffe on our balcony every morning. The beach area was small but very nice. The only thing you have to reconsider is that a restaurant with party music is right next door. The music stops at 1am. Thanks for the lovely stay we had!

Casa Ganesh was a wonderful experience! My friends and I stayed at the villa for a bachelorette and we enjoyed it! The view of the beach in our backyard with the pool was amazing! The villa was clean. Sandra was wonderful help and the staff were kind and helpful. Great location to many bars, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to many places. I would say my only critique is getting more towels and toiletries in the rooms. But other than that I would stay here again! -Krystle

I can’t express how much we all loved staying at the Casa Ganesh villa. It blew our expectations out of the water. We couldn’t have organized this fun of a trip without Sandra. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. All of her recommendations for beach clubs, restaurants and night life were AMAZING. We will definitely be back time and time again.

Prime and amazing location, without the $$$$ like most tulum hotels charge. Sandra and her team were amazing with assisting us with recommendations, providing us extras for the room upon request and even securing reliable and safe drivers for excursions. I will 100% only book to stay at Casa Ganesh for any future Tulum trips!

Casa Ganesh was the most amazing place to stay for my bachelorette party! Very clean, close to everything, right on the beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better place! Sandra and her team were so helpful with any of our needs and reservations! Highly highly recommend!

Amazing location and service. Sandra was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay. The room was amazing and the beach service was ourstanding. We will def be back. We drank coffee by the beach and enjoyed dinner reaps Sandra made for us. Please go and enjoy casa Ganesh

The staff were VERY friendly and accomodating. The location, the location, the location. Step out your room and onto sand, then maybe 50 feet to the beautiful turquoise water. True, it can be a bit of a club scene at night at the neighboring beach club but we it settles by a decent hour. We never stayed up past midnight and had no trouble sleeping.

Casa Genesh is a beautiful beachfront hotel that is clean and comfortable. The cleaning service was very good. You can choose whether to indicate that you want your room cleaned by using the handy sign in your window. We did it roughly every other day. We appreciated the refills of clean water, fresh linens and towels. The receptionist at the front desk was friendly and polite. She was available anytime via What’s App. We didn’t ask for much except coffee. Unfortunately, that failed to come consistently, but we didn’t mind much. We simply bought coffee from the convenience store across the street. It was tasty and much cheaper than the coffee from any of the nearby cafes. We liked the decor of the room and found it quite functional. Our bed and shower were both first rate. No problems with the mattress or the pressure of the water in the shower. We really liked the shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. Wonderful smells!! We had read that mosquitos were an issue, so my wife was really worried (mosquitos really like her), but we found only one or two mosquitoes. It was quite a relief. This hotel is small. It doesn’t have any pool, gym, restaurant or even a lobby, but it is just off the main road of the beach, surrounded by some of the most popular restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and convenience stores. The music from the club next door can be a bit loud, but we didn’t mind it. We could walk right out to the beach from our room. That was handy! It was all that we needed, but it was nice to know that this hotel is part of a group of seven hotels, all on Tulum Beach. You are allowed to visit any of the other hotels in the group. One day we visited the Ahau hotel down the road. That beach was bigger, but we decided not to go back because we really didn’t like the expensive beachside service. We preferred to grab a drink or a snack from the convenience store across the street at a fraction of the price and with no obligation to wait for someone to hand us a bill. Overall, I can say with confidence that I would recommend Casa Ganesh to anyone looking to stay in Tulum Beach and happy with a no frills hotel in a very convenient location.
