Bluesun Holiday Village Afrodita

"Eenvoudig, snel inchecken. Opgewaardeerd naar familiekamer die niet echt nodig was. Uitzicht over zee was niet aanwezig omdat er grote planten in de weg stonden. Bedden comfortabel. Heel proper. Ontbijt was gewoon ok. Worsten waren typisch Europees. Mini-hotdogstijl, chorizo-stijl (nogal zoute) knoflookworst die niet prettig was. Gebruikelijke chef-kok die verse eieren kookt, inclusief omelet. Spek was buikspek. Meer vet dan spek. De meeste medewerkers waren aangenaam. Barpersoneel zou kunnen proberen te glimlachen. WAARSCHUWING en dit omvat winkels en restaurants buiten het hotel (niet dat er veel zijn), controleer altijd uw wisselgeld. Verschillende veranderingen zijn afhankelijk van wat ze aan verandering hebben. Amu*****t was niet goed. Elke andere avond was het een dame die zong. Zeer repetitief. Zelfs overdag was alleen een aardig meisje bezig met aqua-aerobics. Niets anders dat slecht was."

Bluesun Hotel Jadran

"Excellent hotel, even worth a detour to stay. Beautiful location. 5 stars service. Buffet breakfast and dinner exceeded expectation. Beds are comfortable and clean. Changing the curtain gives this hotel 10/10."

Bluesun Hotel Alga

"Our family has just returned from the Bluesun Alga. We spent 7 nights here. It's ok. Rooms are small. The food was good. The staff completely ruined the experience for me though. They are not friendly. Not welcoming. If you've spent money and have booked a vacation, you want to feel 'looked after'. This is not the experience here. When we arrived (11pm) I was told to sign in to the WiFi, find my booking reference and email it to the hotel account. Guests should be made to feel relaxed and 'switched off' from the minute they arrive... Not logging on to their email accounts etc The staff couldn't care less about the guests. They are rude and dismissive. The cleaner audibly sighed when we said 'yes please' when she asked if we'd like our room cleaned that day. You just know if there is an issue with your room etc that you are not going to get anywhere when you bring this up. This also happened to us. The young guy who supervises the kids play room was the nicest member of staff we encountered. The pools are busy, small and overcrowded. We would definitely return to Tucepi... But we will be finding a 5 star hotel in the area and going there instead!!"

Bluesun Hotel Neptun - All Inclusive

"Aankomst wat moeizaam, we kwamen toe om 11u (met Tui transfer) en mochten pas om 14u naar de kamer, en kregen zelfs nog geen bandje om reeds te kunnen eten/drinken. We kwamen toe in warme kledij vanuit Belgie en moesten ons in toilet verkleden en gerief uit valies halen midden in de gang. De valiezen werden ook ´bewaard´midden van de inkomhal. Geen warm ontvangst. De kamer was ver van de balie, met veel trappen(geen lift) en kregen geen hulp voor onze valiezen. Ondanks de iets negatievere ervaring bij de start, wel een zeer leuke, aangename vakantie gehad. Mooi onderhouden zwembad, zeer proper hotel algemeen. Bepaalde mensen aan de balie waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeer mooie omgeving, leuke activiteiten gedaan. Weinig toiletten rondom het zwembad (3 vrouwentoiletten, die ook voor het restaurant, bar en de fitness dienden). Werden wel frequent gepoetst. Bar: Cocktails waren matig. Aanbod voor diabeten is weinig. Alle dranken (uitgezonderd water), waren zeer gesuikerd. Personeel was niet zo heel vriendelijk. Restaurant: Eten was wel lekker en afwisselend. Niet altijd even warm. Weinig opties voor vegetariërs, maar wel vaak aanwezig. vriendelijk personeel in het restaurant. Events: weinig animatie in het hotel, maar daarvoor kwamen wij absoluut niet. Kortom: enkele puntjes van kritiek, maar algemeen is het hotel wel echt een aanrader. Wij hebben een leuke, ontspannen week achter de rug"

Hotel Villa Andrea

"We have been to Villa Andrea a number of times and it is comforting to know the highest of standards continue to be met. Bedrooms are very comfortable with excellent housekeeping staff keeping them very clean. The restaurant is operated by a 3rd party and not part of the hotel. However the breakfast choice was good with eggs cooked to order. The stars of the show are the front of house, Biljana and Mirella (apologies if name is misspelt), nothing was too much trouble for them. Including offering their personal phone chargers when mine stopped working. They are a study in how hotel customer service should be."

Heritage Hotel Kaštelet

"The hotel is newly renovated- and is superb. White stone from Brac, rafinated lights, design furniture both in the rooms and in the internal courtyard or in the outdoor restaurant - is a real plasure for the eyes and for the soul. The service is perfect- omnipresent, prompt and with a touch of friendliness without being intrusive. Congratulation ans thanks to all hotel team-from reception to the restaurant staff. We spent a delightful week there ande we will be back next year."

Hotel Laurentum

"The hotel was immaculate, every where smelt so fresh and clean, the cleaners worked well cleaning the rooms, fresh towels changed every day. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard. The staff were very friendly, always said good morning or afternoon. Breakfast was nice , plentiful. Lovely side sea view, sun set was amazing. The only negative point was not enough sunbeds by the pool, people would get up early hours to reserve a bed. We spent 11 days at the hotel and not once we couldn't sit by the pool which was annoying. We had to go to the beach which was over crowded, we struggled to get a spot. So we walked about 20 minutes each day and found a beach that was less crowded with a nice beach side restaurant . Also bought beach mats because sunbeds were 20 euros for two beds plus 5 euros for a brolly. Overall a great holiday, Tucepi is a lovely resort with lots of nice restaurants."

Hotel Villa Marija

"Hotel is located on the beach and the car can be parked within walking distance on its own property. The swimming pool is quite small and sunbeds are limited, so very early already occupied. The same applies to the sunbeds at the beach. The location is nice, because you can walk along the beach with lots of shade to the town of Tučepi. In the evening in the center is lively busy, but never massive. Also a nice town nearby Makarska is definitely worth a visit. We enjoyed our time here."
