"The only thing I liked was the staff, who helped organize a trip to Panagia Soumela. Honestly, this was the dirtiest room I've stayed in for the past 15 years! The awful smell from the toilet kept me from sleeping! I had to open all the windows, but there were no mosquito nets, so I ended up feeding the mosquitoes all night. When the people in the next room turned on the water, it sounded like I was in the shower myself because there's no soundproofing. For a 3-star hotel, it's a disgrace not to even have a cup for a toothbrush in the bathroom, let alone a brush or toothpaste! There was no shower gel either. And the absolute worst part was the complete lack of room cleaning. How is that even possible?! The breakfast was terrible: boiled eggs, tomatoes, and cucumbers."

The bathroom and fixtures were in excellent condition. There was air conditioning with a heating mode, which was especially convenient. The room also had a tea set, coffee, and water. Clean towels and fresh linens were provided. The hotel left a very pleasant impression—we would happily return again and recommend it to friends."

"Only blame yourself if you dare to book at this property. Hand on heart you will really really really regret it. Where do I start, When entered the given suit, we truly couldn’t believe our eyes due to the poor state of the property given. The place was filthy beyond belief, the so called sofa bed was broken and had what clearly looked like human secretions on it everywhere (see photos). The kitchen units were scratched and dirty, the bathroom had pink mould which indicates bacterial growth. The place advertised as sea view suit with sound proofing. Reality is that although the sea is somewhat is in the horizon, all you can see and hear is the massive building side next door with continuous banging. The building site is unlikely to finish for 18 months at least (see photos). There was no mention of such, and the so called sound proofing does not exist. The bedrooms had completely different appearance to what was advertised in the photos and were awful and not as advertised. Once we entered the property, WE COULD NOT STAY IN IT AND HAD TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY as it is deemed a safety concern to the family. Our toddler who went on to sit on the sofa and move about for a few minutes after we entered, ended up with unexplainable rash all over. We informed management of the situation and there were less than interested with our concerns. Only one person could speak some English and all not bothered at all. As a result of above, we had to leave and spent hours seeking alternative arrangements. Currently having a major complaint with booking as property refusing to give money back. Sincere advice, DO NOT BOOK HERE. Plenty of other options available near by that are more suitable."

"Over het algemeen had mijn verblijf in dit hotel zijn ups en downs. De persoon bij de parkeerplaats was ongelooflijk behulpzaam en zorgde goed voor mijn auto, wat een positief begin was. Het gebrek aan een glimlach bij de receptioniste, hoewel mogelijk cultureel bepaald, maakte echter een wat koele indruk. Het inchecken verliep efficiënt en kamer 206 was schoon, maar het was teleurstellend dat er geen waterkoker of strijkijzer aanwezig was. Aan de positieve kant werkte de airconditioning goed. De douchekop kan verbeterd worden, want die beviel me niet. Bovendien was het verstrekken van slechts één grote en één kleine handdoek wat minimaal. Een positieve kant was de gunstige ligging van het hotel, met winkels op loopafstand. Uitchecken verliep soepel, waarbij de sleutel gewoon aan de receptioniste werd afgegeven. Concluderend: hoewel er enkele positieve punten waren, zouden enkele verbeteringen in de voorzieningen en de service de algehele ervaring in dit hotel kunnen verbeteren."
