Warm welcome on check-in. A very well looked after guest house and beautifully decorated. Bed is lovely and comfortable, plenty of storage and usb points too. Kettle to make tea/coffee, fresh milk in the fridge. There are drinks, snacks and chocolate in the fridge too and there is a price list for these goodies so you know how much extra you need to pay. Breakfast was superb, plenty of food to choose from to make up your cooked breakfast. Toast, tea, coffee, juice. There are options for continental breakfast too. Thank you for making us so welcome, look forward to staying here again.

Large nicely decorated room with comfortable bed Downstairs room on busy road was very noisy despite double glazing Good breakfast but we were allotted a time that was not convenient On-site parking very limited and we could not find free on street parking Torquay town within walking distance but is now very run down I don’t think we will be returning

Excellent choice for a weekend holiday. Very reasonably priced. Run by lovely people and very comfortable. Nicely stocked fridges and great breakfast. Very clean and very well appointed. It’s a five minute walk to town centre. Look forward to coming back.

Our stay with Sadie and Johnathan was excellent from start to finish, they are fantastic hosts their guest house is lovely spotless throughout, breakfast was very good nothing was to much trouble…we will defiantly stay again

Great location only a few minutes walk from Torquay sea front. Hosts were very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with good selection. Room was immaculately clean. Mini bar was a nice touch and well priced Definitely stay again Thank you for a great stay

lovely rooms,Sadie and Jonathon lovely people always willing to help,10 minutes from beach breakfast lovely wev stayed a few times now will be going back again beds really comfy and have all youneed shops across the road ,takeaways ,pubs ,buses

We stayed for one night for a visit to the theatre, kethla house is lovely and clean, the hosts make you feel very welcome, the room was warm and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
