The smell was quite bad for this price and heater was not working properly. Such a bad experience.

Comfortable stay at Kaiser Guest House, nice selection of stores in surrounding area. Room was clean and lots of space for bags.

We were coming to Toronto to see a show at Scotiabank arena. We needed accomdation but really no amenities. Like any big city Toronto's hotel prices have more than doubled in the last year. So for a basic bed you're looking at about $250+ for any room.
Kaiser guest house was $155.00 if you pay cash for a very small room with a double bed no windows but a small private bathroom. There is a shared kitchen if you require such a thing.
Located on College street between Spadina and Bathurst the location is divine.

During a trip to Baie Fine, we stopped overnight and stayed at Kaiser Guest House.
The staff was attentive and the location is great. It is more like a college dorm for grad students than a hotel.

Great location, close to UofT, bars and cafes, downtown. The building is very secure and room is clean.

Located conveniently. Friendly staff and parking available for a fee.
Room has no window to the outside and was a little noisy.
