I was initially apprehensive about staying in an "old" hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

位於地鐵Old Mill站外400米。走起來彎彎繞繞。其實坐在地鐵中，就可看見酒店所在的老房子。
房子內外都有餐廳。門外的餐廳300個座位，一場畢業典禮正在舉行。
酒店內的餐廳，則常有樂隊現場演奏。
窗外是綠樹、花園，一個適合舉辦婚禮的地方。

Given the wrong room. It was smaller than the one booked. Restaurants were not open. Only room service. Need a car to get to restaurants for food.

Thank you for allowing us to check in early it was very nice to get in and relax.
The room and the inn was luxuriously comfortable, loved it.
I called the day before and asked about dinning times and arrangement. I was told the only thing was available was room service or the bar/ lounge , breakfast and dinner only. When we checked in I asked the same question and was told the same answer. My wife and I wanted a lite lunch and went out battling the snow storm to find food.
We came back and rested until dinnertime. We decided to go for a walk around before ordering room service. During our walk we found out the Old Mill restaurant was there.
Question. WHY would your front desk staff NOT tell us about the old mill restaurant ?? My wife and I were very disenchanted about this and we will reconsider whether we stay at your inn again. Our dinner at the Old Mill Restaurant was absolutely Outstanding and will frequent their establishment on our future visits to Toronto.

This was my first time at the Old Mill, the room was big and came with a jacuzzi tub ❤️. There was a restaurant and spa on-site. I had a Swedish massage, which I highly recommend! The restaurant food was amazing. The staff was friendly and on point. There was a dinner buffet on Saturday and brunch buffet on Sunday; both were superb. The restaurant meals are not included with the stay, but you definitely get value for your money. The only downfall was the room and place in general was dated. Also, I wish my stay was in the summer, so I could see the true beauty of the grounds. Aside from that, it was a restful and relaxing time. I would definitely come again.

Great staff, incredibly accommodating manager, good dinner. An absolute hidden gem, and one of the ONLY hotels that regularly upgrades rooms without being asked. Show them appreciation, it will be returned. Happy to be a regular, and plan on remaining so.

No dining facilities whatsoever, not even a breakfast room. Nothing within walking distance. Only coffee in the room, no tea. (one of my party was English and this was a grave omission for her!) Prices for in room food were exorbitant. No extras in the room...no even a pen and notepad, but I did appreciate the bath robes.
The saving grace of this hotel was the cozy bar and a very helpful barman, who gave us excellent service. I wouldn't stay here again though....I had the feeling the place was trying to cut corners to save money.

We stayed for the night. We didn’t use the restaurant on site as we had plans. We found our room spacious and the fireplace was nice to have. Our room overlooked the Humber river and it was very quiet even though we could see the subway. We will return and enjoy the facility again.
