"U krijgt 5 sterren ervaring in een 3.5 ster hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Personeel is super aardig en buiten handig. Het hotel is schoon, gelegen op het strand en over het hele hotel van zeer mooi restaurant. U heeft ontbijt, buitenbar, paraplu's en stoelen tegen geen extra kosten, de eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en altijd rond. Bladen en handdoeken worden dagelijks veranderd! Super veilige plek. Water is helder en kalm. Zie je nog eens."

"Als afsluiting van onze vakantie (2 volwassenen en 1 kind) van ruim 3 weken op Sithonia Chalkidiki verbleven wij deze maand 6 nachten bij Akti Toroni. Wij hadden gezien de online presentatie via zowel de eigen website, de boekingssites, social media i.c.m. 4 sterren hoge verwachtingen van dit hotel. Helaas viel dit in de werkelijkheid heel erg tegen. Dit hotel heeft werkelijk niets in orde. Wij hadden een kamer geboekt op de begane grond met veranda aangezien ons dit ideaal leek met onze dochter van bijna 2. Deze kamer was in dusdanige slechte, ongezonde en onhygiënische staat dat wij hebben gevraagd om een andere kamer. Er waren diverse vochtplekken op de muren met loszittend stuc- en schilderwerk. De gordijnrail hing los en er miste een gordijn waardoor het raam slechts voor de helft te verduisteren was. De badkamer was achteraf voorzien van Italiaanse stuc of iets vergelijkbaars die afbrokkelde en het sanitair en badkamerraam hingen vol stuc. De douchebak was niet waterdicht waardoor het water de badkamer inliep tijdens het douchen. De dag erna kregen wij een andere vergelijkbare kamer op de eerste verdieping. Excuses waren hierbij wel op zijn plaats geweest. Deze kamer was in iets betere staat echter ook nog steeds verre van in orde. De wandverlichting op de badkamer hing los. De douchekop kon niet opgehangen worden en ook hier brokkelde het stucwerk op de badkamer af. Het babybedje dat inmiddels meerdere keren gelijmd was en weer gebroken was mochten wij zelf verplaatsen van de kamer op de begane grond naar de kamer op de eerste verdieping. Rondom het hotel en dus ook bij het zwembad hing er een sterke rioollucht en met name ’s avonds liep de straat voor het hotel vol afvalwater. Uit navraag bij het hotelpersoneel bleek dit te maken te hebben met het aantal gasten die zich op het zelfde moment gaan douchen. Het afvalwater spoot door de kapotte tuinslangen alle kanten op en dus ook op de gasten die erlangs moeten. Het zwembad zat vol groene aanslag in de hoeken en randen en de tegels van de overloop van het zwembad waren hier en daar gebroken en gezakt wat de veiligheid niet ten goede komt. De wandverlichting in het zwembad hing op minimaal 2 plekken los en de bekabeling hing er tevens uit. De kinderspeeltuin aan de achterzijde van het hotel was een vieze bende en duidelijk al geruime tijd niet meer schoongemaakt. Het ontbijt was redelijk echter het servies, bestek en glazen waren regelmatig op. Ook wij hadden vanaf de t****e dag in dit hotel te maken met een maag/darm virus en zijn allemaal flink ziek geweest. De klachten hebben tot ruim een week na terugkomst thuis geduurd. Uit de overige reacties blijkt dat wij niet de enige zijn. De onprofessionele reactie van het hotel management spreekt voor zich. Kortom een verschrikkelijke afsluiting van onze verder geweldige vakantie. Wij durven gerust te stellen dat dit het slechtste hotel is waar wij ooit verbleven zijn."

The entire complex is lovingly designed, with a small, beautiful garden and comfortable seating areas that immediately evoke a holiday feeling. We stayed in one of the "Wooden Apartments." These are simply but charmingly furnished—nothing superfluous, but everything you need is there. A special bonus: each apartment even has its own espresso machine—that was a real highlight for us in the morning! "Goede oplossing in het binnenland licht ten opzichte van het strand, maar misschien maakt dit het mogelijk om rustiger te zijn. Het huis van de foto's lijkt veel groter en met veel meer ruimte. Het lijkt wel een zwembad en tuin te zijn, maar het is een bron en een tuin die niet kan worden gebruikt. De twee verdiepingen appartement is echter voorzien van alle comfort om te kunnen blijven en zelfs willen koken. De eigenaar (vader en zoon) zijn zeer vriendelijk en ze richten je en beantwoorden alle verzoeken die je kunt hebben. Restaurants, stranden, bars, enz. alle twee stappen maar dankzij hun suggesties kan je de beschikbare tijd gemakkelijk optimaliseren."

"The place is perfect, just a step from the beach. The apartment has all you need, even washing machine and dishwasher. Perfectly clean, everything is new and well maintained. Modern style and made with attention to details. The host Apostolos is very kind and ready to help with everything. I felt like in 5 stars hotel. This is maybe the best place in the area. "I confirm what others have already written. Away from the chaos of Sarti, but in 20 minutes on foot you arrive in the center where there are all the restaurants and bars. If you want you can also go by car, but parking is a work of patience. The beach is 200 meters away from the crowd I stayed for three days at the quiet Paradise Beach and very kind guys. You only pay what you take for the sunbed and umbrella. Few noisy children and space in front of the first row. Returning to the house the manager is very kind any request is accepted. The house has all the necessary comforts and all the furniture is new. Normal sized swimming pool and unfortunately this central week of August hyper frequented by Serbian families who normally have three four children each. Overcrowded. However everything else ON TOP"

"We stayed for two weeks in Villa Maria studios that they let and we have nothing but good words about it. We contacted with Marios by mail and he responded fast. He gave us several options for payment and had understanding for our requirements about it. The room was comfy and clean on the first floor. Kitchen was fully equipped, we didn’t need to bring anything extra with us like we did every other holiday before. Sheets and towels fresh and clean, you even have extra towels if you needed. On our surprise they change them two times until we were there. We were with a child so this is very important. Garbage was taken care of every day by the villa staff. (That’s new to us because everywhere we stayed the garbage was thrown by us) Our room balcony was facing the main street so it could be sometime noisy but thats not the problem of the owner, he couldn’t do anything about it. (If you close the balcony door you would be in silence) - AC workings perfectly. - Hot water 24/7. - The beach is 2 min by foot. - Parking on site in the villa for every room. You don’t need to worry about that. Overall we had nice holiday without any problems. We recommend this villa for sure, you won’t regret it."
