Room cleaning was extremely slow. The room had been used as a wedding room the day before, and the "double happiness" decorations hadn't been cleaned. Because we were extending our stay, we asked the staff to clean the room at 10 am, and the front desk readily agreed. However, after repeated reminders at 3 pm, the room wasn't cleaned. The cleaning process wasn't exactly unprofessional, but it was downright haphazard. Two women, probably locals who had just finished husking corn, came and cleaned very slowly. They even forgot to change the toilet paper. The door was open the entire time, allowing many flies and insects to fly in. The remnants of yesterday's wedding fireworks on the lawn outside the hotel stayed with us until we left, and no one cleaned them up. The hotel claims it's not officially open yet and lacks staff, but since it opened during the National Day holiday with increased prices, why should consumers have to endure such a terrible experience? It's unbelievable that a company under China Resources could be managed like this. Upon further inquiry, it was revealed that the local operating company in Tonghua was handling the matter. Hopefully, the hotel will improve in the future. After the opening of the Chenbai High-Speed Railway, I don't want tourists from the south who come specifically for the stunning scenery to see such jaw-dropping service."
