위치도 시내와 가깝고 시설이 아주 좋습니다. 직원들도 정말 친절하며 조식도 수준급입니다. 티미쇼아라에 방문한다면 꼭 예약해볼만 한 숙소입니다.

Bij aankomst heb ik toch zeker 5-10 minuten gewacht tot er iemand bij de receptie kwam. Vervolgens werd mij verzocht te betalen. Ik had al betaald. Er moest iemand bijgeroepen worden om dit te controleren. De kamer was verre van schoon. Er lag nog afval en een sok van de vorige hotelgast. Bij uitchecken was de airport shuttle geheel onbekend, terwijl dit wel bij de hotel informatie aangegeven staat. Het ontbijt was lachwekkend. Nauwelijks opties. Voor een 4 sterrenhotel is dit echt absurd slecht. Zeerzeker niet NH hotel waardig. Voor 100+ euro voor één nacht, vergeleken met andere 4 sterrenhotels waar ik verbleef deze week, was dit toch wel de slechtste.

( ) Mooie kamer, verzorgd ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel
(-) de afgesproken shuttle naar het hotel was meer dan een uur te laat, die voor de terugvlucht is niet komen opdagen.
Donderdag 18/5 was er geen restaurant, noch bar wegens congres. In het weekend is er ook geen restaurant of bar open.

The hotel is in good area, the city center is easily accessible, the personnel is very nice and friendly. I stayed in a nice apartment, very cosy. The bed as huge and comfortable. I could say that it was a great stay in a nice hotel with good service and good staff.

I have been in the hotel for many business trips and Everytime my experience has been amazing and smooth. Thanks to Cristina, at the reception who have been very helpful at all times. Furthermore, it worth coming and staying not just for business purposes but for family stay as well.

Globally an NH hotel there IS a good level and you expect thé same level every where your are going. I'm going there for business. Thé internet connections IS very Bad and a lot of cut off. No TV Channel set. I did my best to catch something ☹️. Thé first day I arrive, 2 Light don't operate. The réception gave me a bubble ton fix one. It's a détail but no information about the privés for the goods inside the minibar. I took nothing of course.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the NH Timisoara hotel, and overall, it was a positive experience. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, and I appreciated the attention to cleanliness. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was essential for work. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I appreciated the concierge Cristina for the local recommendations.

It was a pleasure to organize at NH hotel a business event. The events rooms were prepared with professionalism, the food, the staff, everything was at the height level. The most important thing was the appreciation of the participants in the event and receiving a lot of positive feedback's for the organization. Very high customer service , especially Lucian Voica, sales manager. He is very professional always and thanks to him everything turned out perfectly . You are very lucky that you have such an employee .
