Great hotel, the staff is excellent, and the rooms are very nice. The entire property is 100% spotless and very quiet. The location is perfect and the restaurant is very good. We will stay here again.

Hotel Carrion is very welcoming, and the staff are very accommodating. The location is ideal; across the street from Simon Bolivar Park, near shopping, restaurants, and museums. The sleeping rooms at the hotel were clean and comfortable. The restaurant served very tasty and reasonably priced food. We would definitely return to Hotel Carrion for a future visit.

I cannot express how much I loved my stay at the Hotel Carrión! From its perfectly convenient location to the mouthwatering tastes at their restaurant, Cocinarte, as well as their clean and comfortable rooms + beds — I’d go back in a heartbeat. The friendly staff is available for anything you may need. Traveling abroad (I’m from the US), I often worry about staying in a clean and safe hotel while not spending all of my money there, so this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Not to mention this is a family-owned and ran establishment, giving it that extra homey touch when you hear their stories.

Buenas tardes, las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, la atención del personal muy buena, solo sería bueno que las habitaciones para personas discapacitados en silla de ruedas tengan el área de la ducha más amplio y tener sillas de plástico con apoya brazos ya que no todos los discapacitados pueden pararse, por lo demás excelente

Muy buena la atención del administrador y del personal. El hotel esta cerca a los puntos turísticos de Loja. La comida en el restaurante del hotel es muy buena. Muy buen lugar para hospedarse en Loja. Lo recomiendo.

Excelente servicio, habitación limpia y con buena vista al parque y muy cerca de atractivos turísticos al estar ubicado en el centro (y a corta distancia en taxi a otros lugares de la ciudad). Servicio de limpieza regular también excelente y las opciones de desayuno son buenas. Nos ayudaron guardando nuestro equipaje luego de hacer el check out hasta que llegáramos más tarde y siempre respondieron nuestras preguntas con amabilidad. Recomiendo este hotel.
