"Yalinhemei Airport Hotel (also known as Gelinhemei Business Hotel) is the closest airport hotel in Tianjin. On the left is the hotel restaurant and on the right is XiamenAir Tianjin Base. Nearby Yalinhemei is XiamenAir Hotel. Yalinhemi does not have fixed shuttle service schedules and to arrange for airport pick-up, we-chat the hotel at *********** and the driver will pick up guests at the first floor of the Domestic Arrival Hall of Tianjin Airport Terminal 1. However, I have problems with We-chat. So, I reply on Trip.com Meet and Greet Airport Transfer service to bring me to the hotel quickly at a cost of less than S$15. I am happy to see planes take off with a focal length of 200-400mm from the window of my plane-viewing room but the Wifi strength in the room is weak. Toothbrush and toothpaste are available in the shower room. I will stay at Yalinhemei again for plane-spotting purpose if there is another chance to do so."

"1) Confirmed immediately after booking. 2) The customer service representative was exceptionally helpful. Since I don't have a Chinese number, it was very inconvenient for me to call the hotel, but she said sending a message was also fine. 3) We chose this hotel because we had an early flight the next morning. Besides being close to the airport, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, neat, and comfortable the hotel lobby was, and the rooms were spacious. Plus, it was surprisingly quiet. 3) The free shuttle service is real. Head towards gates 6-7, and you'll immediately see Traffic Island B across the way. You need to continue walking to Island A, then turn, and you'll find pillars A1, A2, A3; the first one you'll see is A8, and the numbers decrease as you go further in. The Didi (ride-hailing) car arranged by the hotel will be waiting there. 4) The front desk service was excellent. When we arrived, a bellboy helped us with our luggage cart. We truly felt well taken care of. 5) I had an early flight today, but since the hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, I didn't have to worry much about traffic."

"The hotel isn't directly on the main road, but it has a huge parking lot. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, bubble tea shops, and cafes nearby, which is really convenient. The staff upgraded my room, and my window overlooked the tennis court. It's a newly renovated hotel, so everything feels fresh and new – a really pleasant experience. Breakfast is 15 yuan and includes toast, instant noodles, corn, steamed buns, congee, soy milk, and stir-fried dishes. The dining area isn't large, but it has all the standard breakfast options you'd expect."

De noedelkok vroeg echter niet of ik groenten wilde, dus ik deed ze in de hete soep, en een andere ober zag me en bood aan om ze op te warmen… Over het algemeen is er ruimte voor verbetering."

My stay genuinely exceeded expectations, and I must commend the front desk, concierge, and especially the team led by the duty manager, Emily Du. From the moment we entered, the concierge warmly greeted us and thoughtfully introduced the hotel's features. The front desk agent, with a lovely smile, efficiently handled our check-in. What was even more considerate was the front desk duty manager informing us that seasonal welcome fruits would be available in the lobby for guests to enjoy freely on weekends, along with family activities. Any request from guests was met with a prompt and smiling service. The hotel's location is also excellent, with comprehensive facilities and even robot services. You can lie in bed and enjoy views of the Ferris wheel and the river. Breakfast was also very good. Throughout our entire stay, whether it was asking for directions, borrowing items, or inquiring about local dining, every staff member was as warm and considerate as family. It's clear the hotel has put a lot of effort into its service, being both thoughtful and unobtrusive. The next time we visit this city, this will definitely be our first choice, and we will highly recommend it to our friends!"

"Een zeer slecht verblijf. Het kan worden gezegd dat dit het ergste is dat ik ooit ben tegengekomen in een IHG-hotel. We konden om 2 uur inchecken. We kwamen om 3 uur aan bij de receptie en kregen te horen dat de kamer nog niet klaar was. Toen we om 4 uur opnieuw vroegen, moesten we nog wachten bureau vroeg ons zelfs om een wandeling te maken! Er werd gezegd dat we rond 5 uur moesten inchecken. Is uw hotel net geopend? Heeft het geen noodplan tijdens de vakantie? Ik heb contact opgenomen met IHG en Ctrip. De reactie van het hotel was ook erg onverschillig. Slechts één kamer was vóór 17.00 uur vol. Ctrip volgde de hele reis op en zorgde later voor een oplossing, maar het hotel verontschuldigde zich daar pas bij vertrek voor. Ik zal een e-mail schrijven naar IHG om deze kwestie te melden. arm."
