"The room was absolutely fantastic! 👍 This was my second stay at Pan Pacific within two months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Ms. Viola Ji at the front desk was incredibly nice, welcoming us with such warmth and attention to detail. She even proactively upgraded our room, which deserves a special shout-out! Beyond the incredibly spacious room, the most pleasant surprise was breakfast the next day. I actually found a pudding cake, just like the one from Lao Mo's! It was near the bread basket, not particularly eye-catching, but the ingredients were solid, and the taste was a huge, delightful surprise. While the pool isn't huge, its advantage is that it's quiet and not crowded. It felt like I had the whole pool to myself. All in all, my second visit was still full of pleasant surprises, very impressive. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tianjin. P.S. One more thing: my stay coincided with a team meeting, but it didn't feel chaotic at all. The breakfast quality wasn't compromised because of the meeting, which is truly commendable!"

"I chose the Westin for it's location and standard. It answered my expectations of comfort, cleanliness and service. The twin room was big and quiet, even though there was some refurbishment work, and considering the hotel is on a busy street. The breakfast choice was large and of good quality (both continental and local) with fresh vegetables and fruits. The coffee machine was definitely a plus. It is very well located, 5 mins walk from Yingkoudao subway station, and a few steps away from cultural houses, restaurants, and malls."

"The room was very spacious and clean, with excellent hygiene. The bathroom was quite modern for the Binhai New Area, and the hot water came on quickly for showers. The open-plan kitchen was fully equipped with bowls, chopsticks, pots, and knives. The only downside was that the kitchen window, which had blinds, didn't block out light completely. For someone like me who loves to sleep in and is sensitive to light, this was a disaster."

"The hotel boasts a convenient location, within walking distance of the subway station, Xiaobailou, Tianjin Concert Hall, and several shopping malls. Taxis to other attractions were also quite affordable, typically around 10 RMB. It's a grand and beautiful century-old building with impeccable lighting and color schemes. I regret not having enough time to dine at the Western restaurant, but I'll certainly book a stay here again next time to make sure I try it. The hotel also features a 1.8-meter swimming pool, which adds significant value for money at this price point. While the room itself was a bit dated and had a slightly musty, old smell – understandable for a building of its age – the bedding and disposable amenities were of good quality. I especially appreciated the soft slippers and the foldable comb. As someone with a sensitive back, I found the mattress firmness to be just right, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. Many other hotels have overly soft mattresses that cause me discomfort and back pain. The room also benefited from high ceilings and ample space. The hotel maintained a quiet and pleasant atmosphere throughout. My whole family was very pleased with our stay, and we look forward to returning."
