酒店位置很好找，房間非常乾淨、衞生很好，舒適感拉滿。衞生間淋浴間是分開的，洗漱用品一次性坐墊也是提前安排好了，前台服務態度很好，一直笑臉相迎。

交通方便，離地鐵站很近，附近吃的也多，很喜歡客服小姐姐給我選的這個房間，雖然不大但乾淨衞生，能看到外面的街道，天津每個區的街道給人感覺都是不一樣的，我比較喜歡河西區，交通便利，生活氣息濃厚，這兒是我和我愛人相識的地方，尤其親切，去年我們已離開天津了，現在故地重遊思緒萬千…

感覺這個酒店影響天津的形象 前台服務員態度極差開始給開的房間因為是電梯口讓她給換一間就很不願意還説我們事兒多 酒店像是開了有20年了 電視比我們家電腦的屏幕都小 臟亂差 最主要是五百多塊的酒店孩子要一瓶農夫山泉礦泉水都不提供 真是無語

因酒店正在部分裝修施工，對環境和設施有些影響。我們是初次通過攜程預訂酒店，原定住兩天，後臨時改為一天。我們是長者，不太會用手機申請辦理退款手續，前台服務人員主動熱情幫我們很快就操作成功，攜程在一小時後就回款了。我們對酒店的服務和攜程的工作效率很滿意。

過來跑天津馬拉松的，離終點一公里左右吧，要是沒有破三的實力千萬別訂這裏，因為不給延遲退房，入住時反覆溝通無效， 12 點前必須退房！要不就加錢！跑完的時候已經 11 點了，沒時間休息拉伸，領回存包趕緊走回酒店洗澡退房，12點過幾分下來退房， 真是累的半死[苦澀]但是退房的時候又看到給別人延到了 1 點，很生氣[發怒]酒店也比較破舊，隔音很差，大晚上隔壁房間説話都能聽得清，燈壞了也沒修，樓下門壞了也不修還得繞路進出

酒店點外賣很方便，可以送到樓上，附近也有很多吃飯的地方，挺乾淨的，就是最近的天津好冷，非常方便的位置，
