Hotel was like huge castle in the island. Room was very big and clean as well. Toilet with almost transparent door was a bit strange. Breakfast was rich. If hotel can improve somehow coffee quality then it’s almost perfect. Hot spring area is huge and lot of different pools. But Hotel is far away from restaurants and hotel restaurant was closed after 8.30pm. As well from hot spring area was unable to order snacks or something to eat. My opinion is that hotel should have some pub or restaurant where you can eat and drink after 8.30. Of course preparing noodles in your suite is possible but during holidays you want to enjoy something better!

雙床房，床很寬敞，適合二胎家庭，四口人足夠住。房間窗户對着湖，過節酒店人也不多，挺清靜的。贈送的温泉票兩大一小，補了一個娃的票68，人不多很不錯。早餐也是補了一個孩子的49，服務員説信號不好，讓我掃的個人微信，後來覺得怪怪的，明明餐廳信號沒問題。早餐有羊雜湯很不錯。

有檔次的酒店，周邊環境挺幽靜，空氣好，帶孩子很合適。距離光合谷動物園也不遠。早餐豐富多樣，選擇餘地很大。

酒店周圍環境很好，空氣清新，很清靜，吃早飯的時候才覺得住客還挺多。贈送的温泉票和動物科學王國的票，週末正合適。温泉裏去泳池必須帶浴帽，沒有的話要去賣泳衣那買15一個，小孩游泳圈20一個。酒店的兩個床可以推一起，挺適合帶孩子，就是酒店房間太暗了，這種無主燈設計是怎麼流行起來的也是大無語，每個酒店都這樣黑了吧唧。酒店早餐不算多，但是東西還可以。有羊湯不錯。就是我們到時8點40，薯條已經空了，我問圖上這位男大廚，竟然説沒了，要不是後面發生的事真以為是沒了。後面另一位女大廚炸紫薯球，這個男的竟然還質疑人家為什麼要做，女回覆説有客人要的。我那個薯條肯定就是他不願意給再做了，真是無語，薯條又不值錢，沒了不應該補嗎？？對了還有牛奶沒了也不補。去吃早飯請趁早去要不然東西沒了不給你補哈。

非常不錯的酒店，裝修漂亮，温泉乾淨，停車方便，服務也不錯。性價比很高。美中不足的是房屋淋浴方便設計不合理，洗完澡水從門縫都流出來，另一個淋浴房頂的噴淋設備關不嚴，一直滴涼水。但整體還是非常讚的，屋內的大浴缸也很棒，點個贊，會再來的

第二次入住了！首先説我的訂單有歡迎水果，特意積分換的，但是沒有送！其實我這次入住想説，性價比還是可以的，但是這些細節的服務如果做不到，還是覺得挺失望的！第二説的就是就是這個酒店的衞生，真的是差強人意，地上有明顯的沒擦乾淨的那種一塊塊的痕跡！木地板，挺明顯的！第三就是環境，還是去年住的那個意思，沒有空調！沒有暖風！雖然説這個天氣不用開空調，但是在屋裡自己泡浴缸的時候還是有點涼！第四就是自助餐了，他是挺便宜的，但是真的是吃的太普通了！普通到不能再普通了！早餐也一樣！咖啡都是那種他給你沖好的，跟水沒有區別！

攜程服務非常好，因為距離近每年都會來住好多次，每次都訂湖畔別墅，本來印象也還好的，7月的時候雖然熱，雖然設施有些老舊，總體感覺還能接受。這次聽説被開元集團收購了，除了餐廳菜品種類增加比較滿意，前台開元的小姐姐非常熱情，又專業，本地的前台小姐姐真是應該加強培訓。房間温泉幾乎無法使用，温泉中心室外不開放。講好的假期結束開電子發票到預留郵箱，到現在還沒收到，發訊息不回覆…酒店自然環境完美，某些服務還不如農家院，一晚1500+的酒店怎麼體現競爭力和特色吶…

酒店環境好，房間後面有一個湖，視野很好。院子很大，帶娃出門最喜歡這種能在院子裏玩半天的酒店，充分利用時間嘛。位置方便，從酒店大堂能直達温泉♨中心。到光合谷步行約5分鐘。房間設施較全，冰箱保險櫃熨衣板等一應俱全。房間有兩個淋浴間、兩個洗手池，一個梳粧台和一個圓形浴缸。酒店工作人員服務熱情，早餐不錯，餐廳的桌子很漂亮。

好久沒有來光合谷了。很開心再次入住。房間寬敞明亮，早餐豐富。晚餐套餐經濟實惠，味道很好。床品舒適，枕頭躺着很舒服。
