We checked in at the ”Somerset Olympic Tower”, late Saturday night. This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out). Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house. Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated. Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you. Our suite was exceptionally well equipped. A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery. (Everything you need, for a long or short stay). The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends. We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised. There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk. The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination. We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it. The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views. Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style). The facilities are on international standard. Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay. Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals. We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

The hotel is very clean and the transportation is convenient. There is a laundry room and a gym on the second floor with relatively complete facilities. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with dry and wet areas separated. The room is large enough for traveling with children. I will stay here again when I come to Binhai next time.

Before the New Year, I took a break from my busy schedule and went to Wuqing, Tianjin for a vacation. I stayed at the Wisconton Hot Spring Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful environment, a small river next to the hotel, and convenient transportation. It takes more than an hour to drive from downtown Beijing. The room facilities are very good, the waiter service is very thoughtful, and the receptionist, Miss Wang, is very warm and considerate. Five-star praise!

When I entered the room, I found that there was a strange smell in the room. After calling the front desk, the hotel's front office lobby manager Liu Hai* rushed to the floor where I lived as soon as possible and actively coordinated the room problem. He was warm and thoughtful, and the service was meticulous. I felt the enthusiasm of Tianjin people. In just a few minutes, not only did he solve the room problem, but he also upgraded us to a very nice suite. From raising the problem to solving it, it only took 3 minutes! I used to stay in Xin Taoyuan frequently, but I didn't expect that the service this time was the most impressive. I give Manager Liu a big 👍 for Xin Taoyuan's meticulous service👍

I really didn’t expect that there is such a distinctive new Chinese-style hotel in Tianjin. The appearance is a courtyard courtyard. The interior design of the room is simple and comfortable. It is equipped with the intelligence of the whole house. What is the requirement to call Xiaodu? The shared rest area is simply too sensational. Drinking a cup of coffee in the afternoon feels that the winter in the north is also very warm. You can also let your children participate in handmade activities. There are also playgrounds, Jinwei's restaurants, convention and exhibition centers in this park, and you can also go to the greenhouse to pick fruit. It is an unforgettable stay experience. Will come back in the summer!

The scenery is good, you can see the scenery of the water and the sky tower, and you can also see the night view of Conrad downstairs. The environment facilities are good, the items are complete and the price is high. There is a kitchen with a washing machine, and the washing machine is also equipped with a small bag of washing powder. The washing machine program is long and noisy. The shower room is unlit and the toilet light can be used. The front desk is beautiful and the voice is good. The young lady's service attitude is impatient, and the front is polite.

The room has a large bed and a single bed, which can accommodate three people. The bathroom is quite large, with a washing machine.

Fantastic serviced apartment in Tianjin TEDA area. Apartment is very near to Citizen Square metro station and 2 shopping malls (K11 & Lifestyle malls) where you can shop, dine or have coffee easily. My room was big and clean, breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and professional. I love this apartment/hotel.
