房間很大，衞生非常乾淨，早餐品種齊全，周邊交通也很便利，適合商務人士和家庭旅遊住宿，很棒，下次來濱海這邊，還會選擇這家公寓的

房間寬敞舒適整潔，性價比超高，廚房、冰箱、洗衣機設備齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，配有浴缸。一樓餐廳的中式早餐也挺不錯的。

每次去塘沽都住在瑞灣公寓，房間面積大，乾淨衞生，離國家海洋博物館不是很遠，離萬達和圖書館也很近，附近有個菜市場，水果吃的都很方便，推薦住宿

這個很驚喜，很推薦。大體上別人説了不少，我覺得很讚的有，第一這個房間確實很乾凈畢竟房間挺大的，第二房間設計的不錯，讓人居住很舒服比一般的酒店公寓強太多，第三風景不錯能看到海河和大橋，第四浴袍很舒服，第五早餐不錯，第六就是服務很熱情讓人滿意。美中不足就是這麼大的房間床要是再大一點就好了，隔音再好一些就好了不過遇到喝醉的顧客可能也沒什麼好辦法。總體很不錯而且這個價格真的挺便宜的，稱得上物美價廉，希望去濱海新區的朋友都去這家住。

多次入住了非常好，酒店服務到位貼心，能夠滿足賓客需求，酒店的布草非常乾淨，房間衞生打掃的徹底乾淨，餐具齊全。

房間還可以，適合一家三口住，優勢就是有個浴盆可以泡泡澡，還有一些簡單的廚具和洗衣機，床不太好，一翻身嘎吱嘎吱響感覺要散架了。

此酒店性價比很高，特別是早餐可以去旁邊的開元酒店吃，豐富極了，酒店房間很大，設施齊全，各方面令人滿意。

沒住過這麼差的酒店，水也限量，一天衹有兩瓶，在加水竟然要5塊錢一瓶，而且早餐竟然是有價格的，超過20塊就要自己付款，並且吃早飯時間定好是7點到9點，竟然八點半就收了，而且，沒有任何通知，從來沒住過這麼差勁的，以後絕不會住，比隔壁的開元差的不是一星半點
