酒店在海河岸邊，後面挨着古文化街，前面是海河遊船碼頭，距離獅子林橋、望海樓教堂、李叔同紀念館很近，走路十多分鐘可到，可以看到天津眼，晚上的海河夜景很美。房間裝飾現代，衞生不錯，服務熱情。

之前去西安住過宜必思，感覺很好，這次來天津果斷選擇宜必思，服務不錯，衞生也不錯，門外就是海河，景色不錯。但是房間沒窗，設施也比較老舊，躺在床上感覺有煙味，説好的送雞尾酒也沒送，承諾下次，也不是總能來吧，影響住宿體驗！

價格實惠，房間乾淨，老闆人很好，還幫我們免費煮了年夜飯，食材自備哈😄出門就是古文化街，古文化街碼頭，走路幾分鐘是獅子林橋，可以看天津老頭兒冬泳，去別的地方回來晚了，衹看見老頭兒上岸😭再走幾步到金鋼橋，可以看到天津之眼😄三十晚上酒店旁邊看見的煙花不錯🎉🎉🎉

首先感謝大堂經理，服務意識非常棒，我們一家三口還多送了一份早點卷。住宿環境非常好很安靜。早餐很不錯。離津門故里就是出門一拐彎的事太方便了，聽相聲出門就是提住這家酒店還能有優惠，能讓你花錢錢還感受到VIP 的感覺。步行不遠就是意大利風情街我是喜歡步行一直走到了勸業場呵呵呵，運動帶旅遊。最後退房的時候還送了三瓶水太暖心了。以後再來天津還選擇這家。

The hotel is nice, good service, nice cafe downstairs, close to the river, would stay again, a robot helps the hotel to deliver things to the room, the Tianjin eye is nearby, maybe 20 minutes walking, would stay in this hotel again in the future in Tianjin

We thought we were getting a river view hotel room but basically the view was blocked by construction material and there was broken glass outside the window.

The room is quite spacious and quite modern. Cleanliness is tip top and the breakfast offering is also not bad. Directly located in the cultural street so it’s easy to walk around and visit. Staff is also quite friendly and helpful.

Convenient location just at the front of old town, very comfy bed, clean room, GREAT staffs especially XinXin, good breakfast. Have washing/drying/ironing machine.
