每次出差都喜歡住這種大大的房子，設施齊全，大廳就是食堂，周邊配套成熟。消費也不是很高，客服比較人性化。

評論一下，在塘沽工作挺多年，第一次住瑞灣國際，每次都是路過，這次女朋友從南方來看我不想讓她跟我挨凍，選了這家名宿，首先第一點，安全性很高，沒有門禁外來人員根本上不了電梯，很安靜，第二點交通很便利，打車很方便，樓下超市，瑞都有，第三點，最最重要的是，我對象怕冷，你家真的很暖和，供暖要比我住的建港裏熱10倍，樓道里麪更熱，非常棒，唯一的不足，可能是供暖太好了，有很多小蟲，建議老闆可以弄個驅蟲劑，在沒人住的時候，好好的消毒一下，都在沙發底下，或者可以在每個房間預留一個拖把，不想麻煩保潔阿姨過來清掃，都是自己打掃一下怕弄亂了，一點毛病都沒有，住的很滿意，女友再來，還會選擇你家。附近好吃的也挺多，來塘沽遊玩的也可以看看。

酒店設計蠻新穎的，前台邢倩服務態度很好，主動告知入住樓層和離店時間，房間乾淨整潔衞生，吹風機挺好用的，設施齊全，交通便利，環境優雅，總之，我們住得還不錯哦[愉快][愉快]

訂了兩個房間，一個還可以，一個不太行，床單有污漬，叫了人給換了床單，後又發現浴室沒燈，打了電話，房主説晚上回來給修，但直到走也沒有再聯繫過來維修，第一次碰到説不行你就退了訂別家房，為了不影響心情，好吧，一次就夠了

環境還不錯，公寓室內配置很齊全，中央空調風力足，隔音好，房間很大。缺點就是洗菜池和淋浴地漏裏都有很多客人的頭髮沒有清理。

臨時訂的房間，為了帶孩子趕海去，房間兩居室還不錯，特別值得説一下，樓下一層有便利店，日常生活用品很齊全，還有賣海鮮的，可以加工，拿回屋裡吃很方便，早上樓下一層還有自助早餐，很方便，帶娃帶長者都很方便！

週末去海邊看日出定的這裏，房間真的很不錯，房間很大，冰箱，洗衣機，微波爐都很齊全，衞生也很乾凈，床也舒服，真是不錯的體驗，下次去塘沽玩還會定這裏。。。

房間很乾凈，周邊吃的也挺多，帶孩子去東疆灣玩選擇了這裏，整得挺不錯的，主要是還有浴缸，帶孩子海邊玩完回來還能泡個澡，挺不錯的。以後來塘沽玩還會選這家。
