Furniture is stained, and front desk staff is not approachable. Rooms seem to be more geared towards couples, if you catch my drift...

清明去天津濱海玩，晚上到的時候才發現訂房的時候訂錯了，前台禮賓小姐姐很耐心的幫助該訂單，服務很好，很感謝，酒店很乾凈衞生，東西都很新，毛巾和床單也是，也非常安靜，枕頭、床墊軟硬適中很舒服，有免費停車場也不錯，關鍵價格也很親民，適合出遊的小夥伴和商務出差的人士。下次來天津濱海還住這。一次開心的入住。

總體評價不錯。價格不貴，環境也挺好。服務包括送的小禮品都很好。除了酒店隔音稍微差一點，外面的路上過車很吵（晚上車不多，但白天還是有車）。總體評價還是值得推薦的。

離出差的公司很近，房間很大也乾淨，早飯一般還有點涼，攜程價格很超值，床墊和枕頭很舒服，服務員態度很好，啥事兒都能幫忙解決。

性價比比較高，春節期間沒有加價，位於飯局上面，每次都來這裏，房間中規中矩，床品比較舒服。就是早餐很一般，品種不多，味道一般般，也沒有煎餅果子

設施齊全，乾淨整潔，環境優雅，服務態度很好，房間很大，兩個房間有獨立空間，如果有機會還會選擇住在這裏

對津不熟悉，本想訂在距離東堤公園近些的酒店，但這裏並沒有很近。之前在大同住過凱里亞德，體驗感很好，於是選擇了本家，但還是有很大不同的。房間很小，床1.5米，兩大一小確實是很侷促啦！其他方面，包括衞生、隔音，都還好，是稱之為酒店本該具備的條件。至於價格，節假日，900➕，雖覺得不值，但也接受。

早餐很棒，有健身房，也有洗衣房，前台服務人員也很熱情，對待客户很負責，很喜歡，果斷加入會員，為酒店工作人員點贊，也會繼續支持酒店，出行很方便，周邊遊玩的地方很多，附近兩個大商場購物吃飯都很方便，提供免費的停車場，特別方便，後期出差必選真的太棒了，一樓還有書吧，會客很方便，房間很不錯，房間很大，衞生也很乾凈，無灰塵，很舒適，很整潔，阿姨打掃的很認真，一進大堂就香香的，很舒服，是喜歡的味道，中西餐都有，和很豐富，前台服務熱情、服務人員態度都很好、所有人見面都會主動打招呼、前台服務特別棒、辦理入住時候還會主動遞過來一杯酸湯，每個人都是微笑服務，服務很好，細節做的很好，服務態度非常棒，服務超出預期，熱情洋溢的笑容，前台服務員熱情周到，很貼心、前台小姐姐熱情很有耐心、服務特別貼心，性價比高、房間還有免費的茶和礦泉水、總體來説性價比非常高。這次選擇凱里亞德真的是非常棒的入住體驗，強烈推薦。

十分滿意，五星好評！！
1. 我們定的大床房，給我們升了一個套房，很寬敞乾淨～
2. 早餐很好，種類豐富，看着也乾淨。
3. 性價比很高，清明節假日能以這個價格入住覺得很心滿意足了。
4. 用心在做酒店體現在細節中，因為有很多小朋友，餐廳裏的電視機在放動畫片，走道里有幼兒佈景，還看見有個工作人員在整理玩偶👍👍👍
