個人覺得性價比超高的一家酒店，而且細節非常暖心，咖啡飲品隨時都可以喝到，這點非常加分，無論是辦理入住還是退房服務人員都非常有耐心，要求也是盡力去滿足，機器人拿取東西特別方便，也緩解了平時的尷尬，值得多次入住的酒店。

房間智能化設施非常便捷，機器人小度服務特別及時，有求必達有求必應，客人操作也非常簡單，就像身邊跟了一個小保姆一樣。酒店的床墊超級舒服，比五星級酒店的還好，床墊硬度剛剛好，而且還有乳膠枕。對客人而言，最關鍵的就是睡一個舒服的覺，好久沒住過這麼舒服的酒店了。

解放南路，然後這個具體位置導航很準，跟着導航就行
進門會有小零食，桔子味道的，挺好吃的衞生環境很好，很乾凈，很衞生的。
點外賣的話有機器人會送上樓，電梯需要刷卡，很安
全
服務態度也很好，12點退房 我想要延遲一點，也直接給我延來了

滿意的方面：被子柔軟舒適（感覺是鴨絨被）床墊也很舒適；房間裏有空調，也有暖氣；獨立衞生間，洗澡水温度舒適：卧室有小電水壺；房門是數碼鎖（很方便）我訂的是1.8米的大床房。樓道有電梯，有地毯（很安全）
不滿意的方面：前台人員待客很冷淡，也不主動，他們把自己當成了“客人的領導”——把自己當成了“大爺、二爺”，尤其是那個主管更是如此，他的言行就像是“社區保安”，他們讓我感到很傷心…我以後不會再來“桔子酒店”了🙎♀️

這次定的雙床房，1.2的床還是挺大的，房間很整潔，也比較智能化，叫小度就可以完成大部分操作，方便了懶人。

房間收拾的很乾凈，周邊設施很全，有天津特色的煎餅果子南樓煎餅，大廳裏有免費的現磨咖啡可以喝，有桔子元素的糖果和餅乾，還有最次的新鮮桔子，必須給桔子點個大大的贊，太完美了，點外賣還有機器人送上來。而且！！！酒店的工作人員服務態度真的nice，温暖又熱情，性價比真的很高。下次有機會再來天津還會過來住幾天享受一下悠閑時光!!
