I think it’s an old building but they could improve on sanitation and maintenance!! Otherwise the staff is very helpful and kind . It has a strategic location

Yashang Business Hotel is our (me and my daughter) favourite place to stay in Tianjin. It is in a very quiet, charming part of old Gulou neighbourhood, with a very warm and welcoming lobby and staff to welcome you. It's not far from at least two close shopping malls, the subway stops of Gulou and Dongnanjiao, and many convenient places to eat and pick up essentials, as well as the famous Ancient Culture walking streets. I don't speak Chinese very well, but have never had any problems staying here, and would choose to come here again for sure. Rooms are very reasonably priced, always clean (sometimes the carpets are forgotten, but the cleaning staff are always happy to oblige by giving it a vacuum when asked) with all the basics in place. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for your consistent excellent service!

The location is great, cause it’s easy to get to Tianjin west and Tianjin railway stations after 10 minutes. Nice and helpful employees. Unfortunately forgot to take some pictures

五一出遊提前十幾天預訂了酒店，當時價格已經漲了。酒店位置交通便利，雖然不在馬路邊，跟着導航走進小巷就看到了招牌，鬧中取靜，晚上很安靜。當時沒仔細看大床房無窗，有個換氣扇。前台服務挺規範，態度熱情，送了入住鮮果切。

酒店位置便利，就在鼓樓東側的大院裏，離古文化街和海河都很近，晚上去聽個相聲看看海河夜景都不錯，對於自駕來的遊客這裏免費停車，方便出行，離地鐵站有段距離，但天津核心區域不大，建議騎行。
衞生：房間很乾凈，前台服務也很好
環境：在一個大院裏，有酒店有影樓，不臨街不吵鬧
服務：挺好的
設施：房間和樓道略有陳舊，基本的都有。總之性價比很高

這是我幾十年出差、旅遊體驗最差的酒店。不予推薦：
優點：1，房間比較大，沒置較為合理。
2，古文化街就在酒店旁邊。（其實古文化街也沒有什麼可看的）
3，酒店在一個小區內，院子內有月子會所、幼兒園等，雖沒有自己的停車場，但衹要有能停車的地方，衹要有位置就可以停。
缺點：1，這家酒店設施老舊，剛進房子能聞到難聞的氣味，當然你衹要適應一會兒就聞不到了。
2，我訂的是商務標間，是酒店比較貴的房子，帶早餐。之所以比其它房子多掏錢，就想吃比較豐富的早餐。今天用早餐的客人僅僅衹有4位，給我們準備的早餐出奇的簡單：每人兩個炸燒餅，兩個煎雞蛋，幾片火腿腸，幾片黃片，一小碗小西紅柿。另處就是小米稀飯，豆奶。
3，我們這次出行，一路所住賓館都可增加房子內的礦泉水，而我們在雅尚提出房間水不夠用能否每人增加一瓶時，一個年齡較大的服務員告知，他們衹給每人提供一瓶，要增加每瓶兩元。不知是天津人小氣，還是雅尚給天津人丟臉。

床品衞生很不好，掀開被子碩大一塊黑腳印，照片拍得不太明顯，給前台打電話來人換了，打掃衞生換床品的人倒是跟麻利，酒店工作人員也挺重視一直在監督，但換好後的床品還是有淺淺的污跡，建議換家布草清洗，或者整體檢查一遍佈草。其他地方衞生還不錯。
外賣不允許送到房間，也沒有機器人，衹能下樓自己去前台拿，不太方便。

位置超級好，離哪裡都近。基本都是騎車很方便在天津，自行車隨處可見，我在北京找死，天津就很nice，三天倆夜的交通基本是自行車。前台服務熱情。房間乾淨整潔。

房間十分乾淨整潔，空氣清晰香氣淡雅好聞。工作人員服務都很好。定的是沒窗户的靜雅雙人間，到房間看是有窗户的，好像給升了房。最後還送了兩個大蘋果，祝我們一路平安，整體體驗非常好，老媽很滿意，很推薦！
