Recht over Le Meridien (maar niet die tarieven!), dit is een slimme keuze voor bezoekers. Er is een fatsoenlijk ontbijt, de kamers zijn goed en het personeel is uitzonderlijk, ze gingen uit de weg om een tafelfan voor me in de kamer te organiseren en maakten ontbijt voor ons een uur eerder dan normaal toen we vroeg naar buiten gingen. Er is ook een prachtig gebied op de 6e verdieping, Skygarden (als ik me goed herinner) dat een geschikte plek was om te werken/bijeenkomsten te hebben en dan een drank/eet te hebben."

"This hotel was a quick stopover for us after arrival in Bhutan prior to our trip started. It was a great opportunity for us to acclimatize to the country. The hotel is in complete isolation, beautiful forest with a hiking trail nearby with the most amazing views. A bonus is a calisthenic park/outdoor gym just at the bottom of the hill. Beautiful design and aesthetic that is organic modern. Rooms are comfortable and meals are delicious. Staff are friendly, discrete and accommodating. It was peaceful and very tranquil. Oh and they make a mean ginger tea!!! Word has it the King of Bhutan stayed here when he quarantined/isolated after traveling outside of Bhutan during covid. So this property is fit for a king! Would recommend and we’re happy to stay at a local owned luxury hotel."

The staff - Deki Yangden, Rem Kumari Bhujel, Sital Suberi to mention a few were amazing. The chef had amazing breakfast and was also able to accommodate any dish not on the menu. I would certainly stay there again!"

"This hotel wasn't cheap, costing 500 RMB per night. However, it could only be called a guesthouse. The doors were key-operated, but the front desk didn't give us keys, instead providing a keycard, which was completely useless since the room's electricity didn't require a keycard. So how were we supposed to lock the room from the outside? We didn't lock it. All the empty room doors could be opened freely. Luckily, Bhutan is safe. Oh well, we couldn't lock the doors. The room was very cold, but the electric blanket and hairdryer were broken. The front desk staff's English was extremely poor, and we encountered many communication problems while eating, so we eventually gave up trying to discuss the facilities with them. However, the staff were very friendly, and the food in the restaurant was acceptable. In short, this hotel is designed to appease tour groups. Individual travelers/independent travelers, please do not choose this hotel."
