"The hotel's design and location were quite good, situated on a hillside. However, when we arrived, there wasn't much scenery to see. Only one lamb remained, tied up. Some of the staff were very enthusiastic, always smiling. But a few seemed out of sorts. The first time I called the front desk, I said hello and she said "uh-huh," and when I said goodbye, she said "uh-huh," I was completely bewildered. I felt it was impolite and wanted to cancel the reservation, but since cancellation wasn't possible, I let it go. However, the staff I contacted later were all very helpful. The young woman driving seemed to have difficulty driving… and also seemed quite socially awkward. I don't know if it was the off-season or just bad luck, but when we went for breakfast at 8:30 the next morning, they said the chef hadn't arrived. When we asked the young women, they seemed confused too. Finally, one of the girls made us noodles. The Ctrip website listed breakfast at 8:00; could they have changed the time if there wasn't breakfast? Anyway, we didn't get to eat any of the highly recommended dishes. I think the experience was significantly diminished without food, as there were absolutely no restaurants nearby, and it's about 7-8 kilometers to the county town. Everything else was fine; the overall impression was that the environment was nice, but the service was a bit lacking."

"Gisteren in het kamp van de wilde sterren van de Share-sterren in de berg, moet je complimenteren! Het kamp ligt in een beschermde zone, rond de graslanden, het milieu is prachtig, het venster is de wilde berg, de nachtelijke sterrenlucht is geweldig, het landschap is volledig buiten de verwachtingen. Ik wil het beste bedanken voor de kleine broer van het kamp, de mensen zijn echt goed en verantwoordelijk! Ik heb de nacht een ernstige pijn, mijn lichaam is heel moeilijk, en het is niet gemakkelijk om medisch te zijn in de omgeving van het landschap. De kleine broer zei niet dat hij de weg had geleid. Hij volgde ons naar het ziekenhuis. Hij was bezig met de procedures en wachtte tot twee uur 's ochtends. De uitgang was in een ongeluk. Dankzij zijn intieme hulp. De warmte in het buitenland was echt bijzonder lief en bewogen."

"The room was very attentive. There was a humidifier, a body fat scale, and an emergency flashlight in the room. The breakfast was delicious. The room was large, and a small plate of fruit, small candies and biscuits were given. It was clean and hygienic, and the bathroom accessories were very complete, including a sewing kit, simple disinfection cotton, band-aids, and a toilet cover for one wash. This is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in since I came to Xinjiang. I highly recommend it."

"I enjoyed a beautiful view of pine trees and mountains right from my bed. The courtyard offers multiple perspectives of the snow-capped mountains, and on clear days, you can even see the golden glow of the sun on them. It's located right next to a river and has its own parking lot. The staff were excellent; they genuinely helped resolve any issues and were very friendly. They even offer afternoon tea, coffee, and a sleep-inducing soup. While the water, electricity, and phone signal aren't always stable, it's not an issue if you're looking to unwind and enjoy a slower pace of life."

"The B&B service was excellent, and we even got to pick mushrooms in the forest. Qiongkushitai is truly beautiful! We stumbled upon a local Kazakh horse-pulling competition, and to top it all off, we saw a sky full of stars and a rainbow after the rain – what a lucky day! We also went horseback riding to the secluded and peaceful Black Lake in the mountains, where we spotted some adorable marmots."

"The front desk staff told us that our original room might be a bit cold at night, so they upgraded us for free. The room's location was absolutely amazing; you could see the sunset just by opening the curtains. The entire camp was surrounded by grassy hills, which was beautiful. I'm not sure if they're still expanding, but the road leading in was still dirt, so you need to be careful driving. Perhaps because the hotel is relatively new, it feels like some areas aren't fully completed or settled in yet. The next morning, the drain in the room had a strong odor, making the room smell unpleasant. I hope this improves and gets better over time."
