"We arrived to our destination and went up to the room. We noticed very quickly that the whole Hostel was very outdated. I stayed in this place many years ago and liked it, so I wanted to go back. The worst decision ever. The whole floor was full of black long hair in the whole room, the bathroom and inside the bathtub. I send immediately a message to the person that send us the instruction for check in and told them what happened. No answer. We went outside to have lunch and after a while I called and told them what happened and he said that the cleaning lady wasn't there anymore, but he could clean it. I said yes of course, but we are not in, so he can go ahead and clean it. I wouldn't go all the way back and wait for an hour for him to clean the place. I assume that have an extra key for those circumstances. He told me we had to be there, so we agreed that the next day he would return me some money for the inconveniences caused. After a week I called to ask about the return and they are telling me that I should have cancelled the booking to get a return. I am in shock how people can have a working Hotel, treating their clients like that. PLEASE DONT GO THERE, THE PLACE IS OLD, DIRTY AND THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS VERY BADLY. There are so many nice places in Tarifa to choose from."

"The location is convenient; Tarifa isn't large, and the rooms are just steps from the historic city walls and close to the sea. The rooms are also comfortable, but since there were four of us, we struggled a bit with space, both for luggage and for movement. However, since we were only staying for one night, it didn't matter. If I were to visit Tarifa again, and I hope I will, I would opt for two rooms. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but overall, I'm satisfied."

"The hotel environment is very good and the facilities are great. The bar provides a lot of drinks, fruits and snacks. The top floor of the hotel has a beautiful view of the entire scenery of Tarifa. It is located in the old city, but it takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the center of the old city. The breakfast is also very rich and the service staff is very good."

"Een geweldig hotel om te blijven. Een ontspannen en licht chique atmosfeer met kamers en bungalows beschikbaar. We verbleven in het deel van het hotel op de Tarifa naar Algeciras weg. Van de welkome check-in naar het restaurant personeel, iedereen was vriendelijk en handig. De kamers van het restaurant zijn goed uitgerust met een uitstekende service en een uitstekende voedselvoorziening, aangezien het zeer snel met lunch gasten bezig is. Het zwembad is een zeer fatsoenlijke omvang en een soortgelijke ontspannen vibe. Een bonus was het aanbod om de garage van het hotel te gebruiken om onze motorfiets te parkeren."

Our room was dirty, we had no sleep due to noisy neighbours, everything we asked for was an effort for the staff (and we are not demanding). "De eenpersoonskamer was helaas klein en claustrobisch, dunne muren, zodat je je buurman kon horen op zijn telefoon tot laat in de nacht, geen stoel in de kamer, geen bedsides draaien. Het was op straat, dus kon ik niet veel zien. Ik zou voorstellen dat het overpriceerd is en zeker een hostel, niet een hotel. Dat zei dat het schoon was en de manager was aangenaam en informative re. de ferry naar Tangier. Er zijn maar weinig restaurants in Tarifa geopend toen ik daar was."

"This is a lovely hotel. Beautiful gardens and lovely setting.Staff were very attentive and pleasant .Plenty of space to sit in peace around the bar area. Lovely pool too Breakfast buffet has a very good selection. Used the restaurant once while we're there lovely food good portions and good value.n The beach is a 5 mins walk from the hotel. A couple of negatives. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, also no way of getting drinks during the day. Bar opening rather late if you fancy a drink before dinner."

"Het is een goed functionerend hotel op een fantastische strandstreek met meestal geweldig personeel en oké ontbijt. Maar het is een zielloze keten hotel zonder nuance voor zijn prachtige omgeving. U kunt deel uitmaken van een keten en tegelijkertijd lokaliseren. Het meest irriterende was de pijpmuziek in elk deel van het hotel ....dezelfde 4 of 5 digitale 'strand vibe' tracks die op loop worden gespeeld in elk deel van het hotel 24-7. Het was als 'Cuckoos Nest'. Specifieke vermelding voor het strandrestaurant dat vijf sterren had zijn, behalve voor de hersensleutelsloop."

"We went for dinner at the restaurant. The place was impressive and top notch. We ordered some grilled tuna. The problem arose with the bill. The grilled tuna had a price that was 2-3 times the price of an average main course. We were not advised about this and we discovered it when we received the bill. Not pleasant at all and not customer friendly. When we shared our complaints, we were treated rudely. Not pleasant at all."
