Beautiful new hotel nested in the historical center of Cusco, just a 2-3 blocks distance from the main square. Colorful and charming design combined with colonial resemblance. Loved the paintings! Small room but enough space to relax, use my lap top in a desk and sleep comfortably.

Exceptional hotel experience in Cusco with tasteful decor, powerful shower, comfortable bed, and modern amenities like keyless entry. Tranquil atmosphere and outstanding service exceeded expectations, highly recommended. Loved.

I wish I would’ve read the other reviews before booking this. This hotel is a mess. Impeccable location but the noise level is unacceptable (as other reviewers point out). When I tried to check out due to the noise they moved me into a a very small interior room. This at first seemed like a solution but when I came back that night to go to bed I discovered the room was easily 85 degrees F with no way to turn off the radiator. I had to open my windows to the courtyard which even at 30 degrees outside barely made a dent and also made it so anyone passing by could see me and also enter the room. Then at 5 am the kitchen staff came in and started playing music, making a ruckus, singing and talking loudly right outside my open window!! I barely slept all night which gave me time to find another hotel and check out… There are a bunch of other issues, as others have noted, like inconsistent water temperature, no wash clothes and no bottled water.

I am giving this hotel 1 star for a simple reason: the noise. All we were really looking for was a place to come back to after a long day trip from cusco so we could get to bed early and get some rest for the next day as we would be leaving at 4:00 for the next day trip from cusco. However, the noise kept us both up most of the night, so we left for our hiking day trip with little to no rest. Since our objective was simply to get a good nights rest and we couldn’t do that, I cant recommend this hotel. I would avoid at all costs and spend your money elsewhere.

The hotel is perfectly located by the main square. The hotel is new and bringing services online. The staff is just THE BEST! I spend over 150 nights a year at Hiltons and this crew has just became my favorite! Would recommend 100%!!! We stayed 3 days at Cusco and they helped us organize the visits and entertainment, where to eat, all great recommendations!

Location and friendliness of the employees were top notch. Everything is new and well designed. Rooms are on the small side. You are in the middle of the huzzle and buzzle ones you are outside of the hotel. I would come again. They are about to open their restaurant. I got a breakfast coupon for jacks cafe next corner at the value of 36 sol - 9 Euro.

The hotel is very close to the main square, where lots of museums shops, and restaurants are located. Breakfast vouchers were provided for diamond members to use at the restaurant just across the street. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.
