"Om de brug van Chang Tai te ervaren, kwam hij midden in de nacht naar Taijing en dacht niet dat hij drie hotels had gereden voor het juiste hele seizoen (eerste airconditioning en tweede andere verdiepingen). Toen de twee receptie-gaten de hele seizoenspoorten uitstekend in elkaar sloegen, hebben we een warm lachje voor ons. Uiteindelijk kan je rusten 😂 Natuurlijk, na het verblijf vond ik het, naast de normale schone en schone schoonheid, een zeer goede isolatie en kon ik bijna niet het geluid van de wandeling met de verdieping horen. Een hele nacht rusten, kan ik vandaag een vroege avond genieten! Het plan is tijdelijk veranderd, terug naar de receptie om een avond reis te annuleren, en het is ook een zeer aangenaam belofte, en helpt ons op het platform te werken. "This was the worst accommodation experience I've had in years; I really don't understand how they got a 4+ rating. I booked this hotel for the May Day holiday to visit relatives, based on the rating and the pictures of the family rooms shown on Ctrip. As soon as we entered the room, my child complained about the awful smell—a strong, unpleasant odor hit us. The room was very run-down. After my child's initial complaint, they eagerly looked for children's amenities (the Ctrip pictures showed a children's tent, small table and chairs, and dolls). But besides one large and one small bed, there was nothing else. Is this what they call a family room? When I called the front desk, they told me that the room didn't have a tent, just two beds. I pointed out that the pictures on Ctrip showed that it did. The front desk then changed their tune, saying that not every family room has a tent or children's facilities, and suggested they bring two extra bottles of water. What kind of service is this? After repeatedly negotiating with the front desk, they said they would report it to the manager. About ten minutes later, a hotel staff member came to the room with a small tent and several children to set it up. So it turns out they didn't not have one, they were just too lazy to set it up. The tent was rather shabby, and the dolls were filthy. One of them was even torn and ripped, so I put it aside to prevent the child from touching it. Before the caregiver even left the door, the child pulled out a used yogurt container from inside the tent! I have no idea where they found these things to decorate the room! Later, I discovered there were no children's amenities in the room, so I called the front desk. They said they didn't have any, and I didn't want to bother with them anymore. Then, lying on the sofa, I saw boogers and snot on the sofa cover! I felt nauseous for a moment, but I was too lazy to complain to the hotel because I knew I wouldn't get a proper response. I figured I'd just stay one night and bear with it. The next day, I took the child to the hotel for breakfast. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:45 am, and all the food containers were empty, with only a few slices of bread and three large pots of porridge left. I asked the waiter if they would refill the empty containers, and they said no, they were all gone. I said, "Isn't breakfast at the hotel until 9:30 am?" They replied, "Too many people today," a perfect excuse. This breakfast cost 58 yuan for a child, and even though they could have easily grabbed it, they only gave them a few bowls of porridge. I'm not usually one to write reviews; I quietly remember the good ones and stay there again next time. The bad ones aren't too bad either, and I usually just turn a blind eye. But this time I really couldn't resist writing this, hoping it will help other travelers who like to check room ratings when booking, and help them avoid these pitfalls!"
