"De locatie is uitstekend, direct naast de snelweg als je met de auto komt. Er is ook een groot, recent geopend winkelcentrum van Aeon, dus je zult geen moeite hebben om aan eten te komen. De kamer is schoon, maar de tl-verlichting aan het plafond en de lamp naast het bed geven het een on-hotelachtige uitstraling. De kunstleren bank in de hoek schuurt over de vloer en maakt lawaai als je gaat zitten. De tv is te groot voor de kamer, waardoor het moeilijk is om hem te zien. Er komt een rioollucht uit de afvoeren rond de badkamer en het is vreselijk als de afzuigventilator niet draait. Er zijn een paar onaangename dingen, zoals gescheurde handdoeken en beddengoed dat naar vodden ruikt. Het personeel is over het algemeen aardig, maar de jongere medewerkers lijken moeite te hebben met het gebruik van beleefdheidsvormen. Het bad is een warmwaterbron, maar omdat het water circuleert, ruikt het naar chloor, wat jammer is, maar het was wel goed schoongemaakt."

The Japanese style rooms we’re comfortable and it has an excellent onsite cafe open Friday to Sunday. First of all, the comfortable location of the Minehara Plateau seen from the comfortable room, the green sky of the forest during the day, the wonderful stars 々 at night, and the Qing 々 wind in the morning, Both are comfortable environments. The meal is also high level. A French dinner made with a lot of local ingredients and time and effort. We were able to enjoy the night of the plateau in Nagano with a rich aroma of homemade bread and a rich drink including rare local wine. You can enjoy freshly baked homemade bread in the morning. This time, breakfast consists of crispy fresh vegetables, 5 kinds of burgers such as paté de campagne and roast beef, and stomach-friendly onion soup. Dinner and breakfast were both satisfactory enough. And the big element that makes you want to repeat is the heartfelt warm and homely service. Nowadays, the number of commercial or upper services is increasing in the world, and with a homely and comfortable response full of security, you can stay comfortably from check-in to check-out every time. .
