"The service was good, but around 6 AM, I saw in the hotel lobby that the room I booked was over 200 yuan more expensive than the listed price. I was in a rush and left early, so I didn't have time to take pictures. Was the price higher on Ctrip or was the hotel cheaper offline? We usually go to Ji Hotel or Atour for business trips, as our group's travel expenses are a major part of our budget, but this experience was a bit awkward. I charged my phone all night, but when I checked it the next day, it wasn't charged at all, and the power outlet was broken. The air conditioner buttons didn't display numbers; my dad had to press them a few times to get it working. The other room we booked didn't have shampoo. Don't they check hotel standards?
