We usually go to Ji Hotel or Atour for business trips, as our group's travel expenses are a major part of our budget, but this experience was a bit awkward. I charged my phone all night, but when I checked it the next day, it wasn't charged at all, and the power outlet was broken. The air conditioner buttons didn't display numbers; my dad had to press them a few times to get it working. The other room we booked didn't have shampoo. Don't they check hotel standards? The hotel towels and bath towels were yellowed and should have been replaced... Is this the quality of Ji Hotel? Shouldn't they give us an explanation?"

Receptionist told us Heard that many students booked it for their upcoming exams the next day & hence we couldn’t have late checkout. Anyway we left early in the morning the next day"
