From the moment I enquired, Leah was nothing short of amazing! The booking process, the room allocations to cater for everyone’s needs/ailments, right through to everyone’s check in was seamless & nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything! Upon seeing the rooms, they were spectacular!! Clean, tidy and had everything we could have needed. And the views…Incredible! Throughout our stay, Leah was super helpful & always happy and bubbly! Every single one of our guests all raved about their rooms and how attentive and informative Leah was! We can’t wait to come back for another stay!!"

"We booked two townhouses directly through the Andari website and received one confirmation email back in May with no more communication until two days before our stay in July. My mother in-law forgot she had booked and booked again but was refused a refund of the second booking. On arrival I had to follow up the agent to ask for the details to be allowed to enter the townhouse. The communication was terrible. A workman then proceeded to paint and repair the awning at the front entry of one of the townhouses and so we were stepping over drop sheets and through paint all week. The milk provided by the agent in the fridge was out of date. We mentioned all of this to the agent and there was no care taken to rectify the situation. I would not stay here again and if you choose to stay don't expect good customer service from the leasing agent."
