We love the Crowne Plaza and always try to book ourselves there when we’re on vacation. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. They are near the mall so there are a lot of restaurants nearby to try. I love taking walks by the lake. Beautiful!

There are mixed reviews online, and I was a little worried when I checked in, but the overall feeling is good. From decoration to breakfast to facilities and sanitation, they are all in line with five-star standards. I went to the Longemont Paradise Hotel in Huzhou last year for comparison. The hotel in Wuxi Sunac is much better. It takes about 6-7 minutes to walk from the hotel to the park. What needs to be improved is the service awareness. The overall service awareness of the hotel service staff is worse than that of other excellent hotels (the check-in service staff served with a straight face throughout the process, no questions asked, no words were spared, and room service was delivered only after being urged again and again). , no matter how busy you are during the Spring Festival, you still need to make your customers feel at home. The hotel has a constant-temperature swimming pool (many people choose it, and the water temperature is very comfortable in winter), and a sauna (mostly no one goes there). The hotel is open until 22:00 in the evening, and clearance starts at 21:45. When we came back from the park, the whole family went for a swim and took a shower, then went back to the room and lay down comfortably.

I am a lazy person, and I had a little incident during the trip. Ctrip helped solve it with thoughtful, warm and perfect help, so I would like to give it a special thumbs up. I encountered a fake homestay and villa listing on Tongcheng next door. The location and indoor pictures were fake, which deceived a whole family. After complaining, Tongcheng silently said it and provided a 100 yuan discount voucher. As a compensation. I*, simply treat Black Whale members as human beings. I haven’t used Ctrip for a long time. I didn’t expect Ctrip to help me, an unpopular user, solve a small problem before traveling so generously and thoughtfully. I was very touched and decided to use Ctrip more in the future. As for the hotel, the environment is quite good and the hotel's service is particularly considerate. The housekeeper responds online 24 hours a day and delivers anything you need to your door immediately. In Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, I think the combination of Songpin and Sunac Culture and Tourism is a very suitable route for parent-child travel. It combines the ”Ten Miles of Fangfei” resort, the paradise style of Haichang, the landscape style of Suzhou's east and west mountains, and the perfect The commercial facilities and the Breathing Forest Farmhouse at the foot of Xuelang Mountain are also very unique. (Compared to many high-end private restaurants nearby, a restaurant like Breathing Forest that offers sincere and delicious fresh food is more popular among young and middle-aged people like me.) Overall, it was a great and very happy travel experience. Thank you Ctrip and Xuelang Songpin! If I find any photos later, I’ll share them if I have a chance. This package is indeed very suitable for parent-child family travel in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, 💯!

very good. In hotel apartments, the ”rooms” are 18th floor larger than general hotels at the same price and open and bright. The facilities are better than budget hotels, and there are refrigerators and washing machines, although I am useless. The surprise is that there is a place to hang clothes, which fits the schedule of this off-road activity. Opposite Sunacmao, there is a shopping mall, playground, skating and other themed gadgets center. Take Metro Line 1 to Gedi Bridge and walk for about 10 minutes.

Great hotel at a great deal. Summer is the best time to visit a ski resort - you get the best deals and still lots to do. The pools and hot tubs are great as are all the staff. The only criticism I have is that the restaurant Mantles is not very good so have meals elsewhere.

We stayed here in the off season, and had a great relaxing stay. Richard and Cindy were exceptional hosts, had great recommendations for our daily adventures and asked how they went. They made a point to know everyone by name and chat with them. The breakfasts were very good and saw us through the day. We didn’t always make it back for tea but when we did it was also a nice late afternoon treat.All in all the lodge has a relaxing atmosphere with nice spaces to read, chat with other guests, or just look at the mountains. It is a short pleasant stroll to the town, which was also very friendly. Being there during the off season, many places were closed, but there were still a few good restaurants and shops. Everyone was very friendly. A great place for an outdoorsy recharge.

Great hotel at a great deal. Summer is the best time to visit a ski resort - you get the best deals and still lots to do. The pools and hot tubs are great as are all the staff. The only criticism I have is that the restaurant Mantles is not very good so have meals elsewhere.
