The facility itself was beautifully renovated, spacious, and more comfortable than a hotel. However, I couldn't figure out how to check in. On the morning of my stay, I received an email with information about the parking lot and a contact number to call when I arrived. I replied that there was no parking available and that I would call when I arrived, but received no reply. When I arrived at the inn, I called the provided number, but no one answered—this process continued for over 20 minutes. I also called the reservation site listed on the reservation form, but it connected to a different site than the one I used to make the reservation, and they said they didn't know how to reach me. I had no choice but to ask for help from the shop next door, and someone from the inn finally came to help me. It was exhausting checking in."
