We booked our stay here in January and were given rooms in the basement. After heading down the greasy slippery and quite dangerous stairs which were used by the restaurant to bring their dishes upstairs to the restaurant/pub until after 22:00…. we found ourselves stepping through the grease/oil and walking straight into our carpeted rooms. Our room looked straight out to the parked cars onto the parking lot.
Very noisey rooms because of the restaurant and pub directly above our rooms.(my sister’s room was next to the kitchen).
Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30. We entered the room at 7:30. The servers were just starting to set up and asked us if they could hoover. We had a round of coffee’s, but our hot breakfast did not come until 8:15.
While waiting I got up to ask for a second coffee because no server came by to offer.
All in all a very disappointing stay.

This is our fourth trip to Stirling and we have stayed at the Allan Park for the last three times which says it all , nice big en-suite rooms with heating multi channel tvs tea coffee biscuits etc and toiletries plus a couple of chairs to Reno after a long day , the breakfast is probably the best we have had
It as a large rear car park , 5 minutes walking to town 15 minutes walking to the railway station

Excellent location and the staff could not be more helpful. The young lady on breakfast service was very pleasant and could not do enough to make my breakfast enjoyable, much like the young man behind the bar when I ordered my drink and evening meal.
A hotel is only as good as its staff and all staff I came into contact with were excellent and a credit to the hotel.
The food was also excellent!
I will definitely book this one again when I’m next travelling this way.
My only small gripe was the position of the shelf in the shower, it was at a height where it came into contact with my head a couple of times while washing my hair. That being said I can live with it.

Fabulous place ideal location for shopping and restaurants definitely use this again staying in Stirling .
Slight problem with plumbing but easily sorted with another bathroom. Food excellent. Real treat! Staff extremely friendly and helpful!

Amazing one night stay for a birthday celebration. Room “alder” nicely kitted out, clean and nice gesture with Pringles and caramel wafers to welcome you. Only downside was high bath to step into for shower and no actual chair only stools in the room.
We had drinks and dinner at the hotel too. Excellent experience, with great food and friendly staff. Great gluten free options at both dinner and breakfast.

Would have given 5 stars but the water faucets leaked, no working fan in bathroom, and there were no comfortable chairs in the room. The staff and services provided were EXCELLENT!

Had a lovely 2 nights at Allan Park. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Staff helpful. Had problem with heating but it was sorted straight away. Breakfast was best breakfast we’d had in a hotel for a long time. Everything cooked fresh. Service great too. Would definitely go back.

What a lovely spot! Excellent food, a quality pub, and a comfortable (spacious) room--with secure parking and good wifi--all in one building. I look forward to returning!
