"Fijn hotel in het centrum met parkeerplaats. Ruime moderne schone kamer met balkon en grote badkamer, mooie en verzorgde spa, vriendelijke mensen, lekker ontbijt (ook voor de gezondheids freaks ). We kwamen begin van de avond aan, meteen aan tafel voor diner in een meer Oostenrijks interieur. Diner was traditioneel. Dit hotel biedt een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding! We waren op doorreis maar hebben een nacht bijgeboekt om de omgeving te verkennen en voor een wandeling in de bergen. Een idee om te herhalen als we weer richting het zuiden gaan."

"Het hotel en de kamer, het interieur en de inrichting waren bijzonder en erg mooi. Alle geïnstalleerde interieurs waren van hoge kwaliteit. Een echte aanrader. Beter dan welke 5-sterrenhotelkamer dan ook. Ik kom zeker terug voor een langer verblijf."

"The hotel is very beautiful, 3 min from the center of Vipiteno, and it is quiet (the nearby railway doesn't feel!) enjoying the time in the pool; for children there is also a small playground (in addition to two indoor games rooms). New and beautiful, clean and tyrolean-style rooms with stunning wood. Excellent dinner and rich breakfast buffet. Possibility to rent fabrics for the pool."

"Onverwacht en daarom misschien nog wel leuker. Onze “vaste” restaurants waren gesloten. Het was druk in Vipiteno en daarom eens net buiten de hoofdstraat gekeken. Bij Nepomuk terechtgekomen en verrast met de lekkerste fettucini met truffel en parmigiano, mango mousse en ondanks de drukte een hele prettige bediening. Meteen voor onze volgende twee bezoeken dit jaar weer gereserveerd. Erg leuke kaart met spannende combinaties van smaken, genoeg om uit te proberen. Wij verheugen ons al op de volgende reis!"

"I stayed there for 4 days and my son, who lives in Sterzin, visited me for dinner. I m not a high demand guest and have a chill attitude in general but what happend in this Hotel was beyond. After being treated very rudely four times on two different days by one of the staff members for reasons I don't know and which was witnessed by two of his colleagues (who told me I was completly right and it was totally unacceptable). I filed a complaint on Sunday night March 17th. I was told they were sorry but there was nothing they could do for me. It was promised that the employee in question would be spoken to the next day. After that I was no longer helped and I was completely ignored when I tried to order something in the bar. I find this extremely rude and very unprofessional. His behavior but even more so the manager's response to my complaint I really think this is inadequate from the perspective as a customer. This left me with a very bad feeling and spoiled my stay with them."

"We stayed in a Deutschhaus Komfort room with half board. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is truly welcoming, both in its elegant and meticulously maintained spaces and in the services it offers. We really appreciated the spa and massage service, which were included in the price. The staff were extremely friendly, and the highlight was the excellent restaurant, serving traditional dishes with a modern and creative twist, all delicious! A feast for the eyes and the palate. They accept pets (we traveled with one cat)."
