"Hotels van uitstekende kwaliteit/prijsverhouding, we hadden 2 topkamers met zwembad uitzicht, net gerenoveerd met een nieuw bad en een enorme nieuwe smart TV, halfpension biedt een overvloedige en variabele ontbijt en een mooi buffet. de avond (behalve de avond van onze aankomst die op papier was), is de structuur een 4 sterren, maar in feite is het meer op de 3 ... Ondanks dat alles goed is, de tuinen zijn zeer genezen, met groene kruiden, palmen en ibiscus, De twee scenografische zwembads zijn zeer pleziervol en het is allemaal heel erg mooi te zien !! We hebben echt goed gehad, boven de verwachtingen als je niet op zoek bent naar perfecte details, maar naar comfort en stof :-)"

"Absolutely horrible customer service! I sent my clients to this hotel as part of a tour of Greece that I put together for them. They were booked in the Seaview Suite and upon arrival in the room found that the room was infested with bugs. They immediately asked for their room to be changed and the hotel moved them but to a regular room with no view like they paid for. When they asked about a refund they were told to talk to their travel agent. When we contacted the hotel they blew us off and said it was your clients choice to change rooms and we will not refund anything. So I guess my clients choice was to sleep in a bug infested room or settle for something much less than what they paid for. We do a lot of travel for clients to Greece and this hotel will never be recommended by our agency. We pride ourselves on providing our clients a memorable vacation and apparently this hotel could care less about their guests!"

"What a fabulous experience. 5 minutes walk to the best beach in Naxos with cool, crystal clear water. 15 minutes walk to all the best restaurants. The rooms are spacious, every need catered for. Breakfast if fabulous. The pool area is perfect. The family who run this hotel make you feel so welcome, nothing is too much trouble. When we go to Naxos again, we will be staying here."

"We hebben in de Naxos Rock Villas gebleven als onderdeel van onze 4 eilandreis naar Griekenland. Eerst van het hele eiland Naxos is mooi en een van die u niet mag missen wanneer u Griekenland bezoekt. De accommodaties waren fantastisch. Het was een groep van 7 villa's hoog op een berg. Het uitzicht was spectaculair. De kamer was meer als een appartement dan een hotelkamer. Het had een volledige keuken die werd opgeslagen met ontbijtartikelen en zelfs een fles wijn. De eigenaar John greep ons en gaf ons zijn nummer als we vragen hadden. Hij gaf ons ook een kaart en suggesties over plaatsen om te bezoeken. Hij was zeer aardig en vriendelijk voor ons. Het uitzicht was spectaculair en we hadden onze eigen privé zwembad en zitplaats. De kamer was mooi en schoon. Het was uiterst windig en we hadden glasschermen om de buitenkant leuker te maken. Het is raadzaam om een auto te huren omdat het erg moeilijk is om een taxi te krijgen. Het enige wat niet precies 5 sterren waren de handdoeken! Ik neem dat altijd."

"We’ve been to more than 30 resorts-suites in the last 5 years, all over Greece. So lets continue with this. The view is amazing and the resort is close by to everything you might need. More importantly close to the best beach there is on the island. The staff is friendly and tried to cope up with our needs. Housekeeping was good too. However lets start with all the negatives. 1) There is a terrible odour outside (some days of the week) coming from the salt pans close by. Owners should inform guests for this B4 their arrival. There is no construction outside to prevent you from morning sun. You cannot sit outside to enjoy your morning coffee as there is no shade. (unacceptable). That umbrella does not do the job. The fridge is tiny and there was no ice. Inform guests that the fridge is small, don’t inform that there is a mini bar because that is a joke. People travel and know what a mini bar is. They can easily distinguish it from a small 3rd class hotel fridge. There was no kitchen sink. Since you don’t offer breakfast you should have a kitchen sink. The A/C works only when the balcony door is closed. What? And please don’t bring up the matter of saving energy. We pay 385 euros per day and I want the door open with A/C working so I don’t have to knock (when I am outside) and wake up my roommate to open the door for me. We over pay you and this is the least you can do. We booked the sea view suite with private pool, and during our 7 nights there it was advertised that the same suite is available for 3 days for the price of 322 euros per night? Do something about your commercial policy because this is a disgrace to tourism. As a conclusion this is not really a suite, it should be advertised as a room to let at the price of not more than 200 euros per day. It is overpriced and there absolutely no value for money."
