"Wonderful hotel! We stayed in the Glacier Castle section of the hotel. Our room was a polar bear theme, which was a sea view room. When the tv comes on there is a welcome greeting saying our names. Enjoyed seeing the sun setting. Map of location of hotel on the island and map of hotel included here.  The breakfast buffet was amazing. A large variety of food for breakfast.  Ate supper at the supper buffet one night. Expensive for us, but had all types of food including the hot pot at our table. So yummy! The restaurant staff very nice! The hotel staff was friendly and probably a little shocked seeing Americans, but they smiled and greeted us. Pulled out the phone to translate when we checked in. We are used to doing that, too.😁 We received a welcome gift our first night, too.  If you are planning to visit the part of Hainan, we highly recommend The Castle Hotel!"

"We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels. Cleanliness: overall quite clean. Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island. Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced. Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them."

"De hardwarefaciliteiten van het Hilton Hotel zijn bevredigend. Er reizen niet veel gasten tijdens de daluren, wat het comfortabeler maakt. Het personeel is enthousiast in hun service. Toen we incheckten, heeft de knappe man bij de receptie, Jeremy, onze kamer opgewaardeerd, voor de ouderen en kinderen gezorgd en onze uitchecktijd verlengd omdat de trein te laat was. Leo, de chauffeur van de conciërge-shuttlebus, biedt warme en attente service, waardoor mensen zich thuis voelen. Het ontbijt is rijk aan eten, zowel Chinees als Westers, en de bediening van ober Jenny is geduldig en attent. Er zijn veel gasten met kinderen. Het zou fijn zijn als het kinderparadijs meer activiteiten biedt."

"The room was good. Spacious and clean. The staffs such as receptionist, bellboy, cleaner are all helpful and friendly. The hotel manager even gave us a few complimentary cookies by the time of check out. The breakfast is good, though kind of limited options. Good location, not at busy and noisy area, but convenient as there are a few eateries and convenient store in walking distance."

"Because of the Yongzhou, I accidentally booked the wood blossoms, and the experience really exceeded expectations! I really like it! I saw the stone painted by the Yong, and the ring gave me a film! 😍 The housekeeper is very enthusiastic. When I first arrived, I told me carefully about the nearby places to catch the sea and take a walk. I will send detailed check-in tips for eating, drinking and having fun. I like it. For people like me who don’t like the plan, I will send a message and reply quickly. It’s not perfunctory at all. I also took a lot of photos for me. The photo technology is super good. The coconut chicken hot pot is delicious. I want to eat next time. There are handmade activities. I like to print the plants. It is very healing. Hygiene is my most satisfying point. Every corner of the room is cleaned, and the bedding smells very refreshing. The bathroom has no damp smell. The environment of the homestay is particularly comfortable, the yard is full of flowers and plants, quiet, and it is especially relaxing to sit in a daze with the wind. The facilities in the room are very complete, hot water, air conditioning, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and it is very stable. It is suitable for short-term relaxation or small stay with the family. I will choose this one next time! Let me stay away from the fatigue of work and let the whole person loose. The housekeepers are also great! ✌🏻"

"自駕，剛到酒店大門停車時保安服務很熱情，見面打招呼微笑，主動開車門幫忙拿行李，停車場離酒店大堂很近停車很方便，進入酒店大堂比較大氣，低調的奢華。辦理入住手續便捷快速服務周到，房間面積也很大，一家三口入住完全沒有傭擠的感覺，玻璃窗外風景很美可以看到樓下泳池，園中園、練化石油區、北部灣大海、洋浦大橋等風景，最讓人驚喜的就是練化石油區的夜景燈光很美。入住時也體驗了酒店免費健身房、游泳池等場所環境乾淨、特別是泳池水質很好，和免費自助早餐出品多樣化特別好吃，整體入住感覺很滿意，為洋浦迎賓館各項服務點贊[強][強][強]，下次來洋浦還會再次選擇洋浦迎賓館。[微笑][微笑][微笑]"
