We stay at vacation rentals a lot and you can always tell what properties are just an investment and which ones the owners use themselves. We have a lot of extras like tons of kitchen utensils, bowls, etc. and plenty of towels. Plus we have corn hole boards and bags, lots of games and toys for kids, a fire pit with stocked wood, etc. We even have things you may forget like a toothbrush, sunscreen, etc. We want you to be able to fully relax when you get here!Please note: While we are on the water, there is no lake access from the house. When you’re on the lake at Cumberland it’s beautiful because there are very few docs, you can’t cut trees down at the lake shore and it’s a steep incline. Therefore most houses don’t have docs or lake access. However, we’re in a great spot with a lot of close lake access points.
