This luxurious and professionally staged home contains wonderful décor and neutral tones. Inside this home you will enjoy a delightful ambiance, created with an abundance of windows, a number of balconies, and a rooftop deck. This home has hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, a chef's gourmet kitchen with 6 gas burner stove, double ovens, a dishwasher, a granite island and counter tops. We have a large wine cooler for those who like to relax at night. There is a wonderful entertaining area that opens up to the family room, where you can find plenty of seating. This guesthouse studio has charming 1920s Spanish architecture and a lovely tropical private courtyard. The guesthouse includes hardwood floors, a kitchenette with marble countertop, plenty of street parking in front of the house, HD flat screen TV, queen bed, marble bathroom flooring. The courtyard has two lounge chairs plus a table where four can dine. Bikes give you quick access to the beach and bay, both about six blocks away.
