This is my second visit to the Juglans Suites Hotel. European-style architecture, elegant design details and room amenities will make your stay comfortable. But the most important thing is the staff, who must provide a high level of service. Unfortunately, the trend is not changing for the better right now. Last time, everything with manager Halil was resolved on a positive note and very quickly. The attention, tact and care with which he treated each client can only be given as an example. He was the soul of this hotel, but unfortunately, he is not working there now. With his attitude to work, he increased the sales of the hotel, such employees are worth appreciating! Now there is no welcome plate with fruits, the pool is not heated, there are no sun loungers on the beach (last year there were), the announced transfer is not provided (for a fee), room cleaning is carried out only on request, but no more than once every 3 days, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired (floors are not washed, detergents funds are not added, bed linen is not changed). If you are coming for a long time, take care of a kitchen towel, rags, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. In any case, if you accept and take into account the disadvantages, your stay will be comfortable. I recommend that you stop.

We had a swim-up room in a quiet part of the hotel, and that was the best decision. Having a pool right there with a sea view made our stay truly exceptional. 😍 The property is a three star hotel and it shows some signs of wear and tear (albeit being very clean), but the services, amenities and staff are certainly worth 4 stars. The location is about 10 min from the beach, if you walk at a swift pace, but it’s so much better than any hotel that is close to a very tacky and noisy main street. Note: the beds didn’t have standard linen. They made the beds with a bottom sheet but no top sheet. It was just a bedspread left at the bottom of the bed. That was unusual and not exactly to my liking. We spoke to reception who sent the housekeeping staff over to our room. We asked for sheets but it was clear this is how they made all beds and no top sheet was provided.

We kwamen om 13:00 uur aan om in te checken en ondanks dat er geen gasten waren, checkten ze ons pas 40-50 minuten later in, met als argument dat de kamer nog niet klaar was. Het gebied zelf is super, het is fijn om er te zijn, er zijn veel Instagram-locaties voor foto's. Het is 13 minuten lopen naar de zee Het grootste minpunt is het getal zelf, namelijk: - alles is goedkoop gedaan, zeker geen luxe (zie bijvoorbeeld de foto van de draden in de tv) -de douche lekt - schimmel in de douche - de hoogte van de doorgang naar de douche is lager dan de hoogte van een persoon -er is geen stopcontact voor een föhn in de badkamer - de badkamer sluit niet van binnenuit - het bed is kort, als je 180 cm lang bent, zullen je benen naar beneden hangen - de kussens zijn walgelijk, de goedkoopste, gedurende de hele vakantie heb ik alleen in dit hotel slecht geslapen Voordelen: - goed ontbijt, verwachtingen werden waargemaakt - bij het inchecken was er een compliment in de vorm van fruit en noten, minibar werd één keer gratis bijgevuld (water, cola, frisdrank) Zou ik terugkeren naar dit hotel? Nee Zou je het aan iemand aanbevelen? Dat is ook onwaarschijnlijk. Maar misschien is dit, in tegenstelling tot andere hotels in Oludeniz, een goede optie

The location is central , close to fish market , and perhaps a rundown Marina . Room is comfortable whilst old style harbour Yatch style , well maintained . Breakfast has a wonderful spread , love the freshly baked bread , the smell and taste (The Mandala lounge on GF has band on weekends , can be noisy , 9pm till midnight .)

Stayed here for 1 night, and it was very picturesque! It’s just like the photos online. It is a very quiet area we stayed in our cabin the entire time and just relaxed. The hotel operate on a watsapp service and everything requested comes to you very quickly. The property was clean. We did have issues here with mosquitoes and came out with several bites! We went in October, so we couldn’t use the private pool as it is ice cold, which was a downside and our cabin was in the shade so we didn’t get any sun at all during our stay here. But nevertheless, it was a nice cosy night away. 1 night was perfect for us to take lots of pictures and soak in the views. I wouldn’t stay here longer than a night as I feel like you would just be staying indoors without making the most of the holiday.

We had a really lovely stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, and set within a well-secured resort, which made us feel comfortable throughout. It’s in a great location too—just a short walk to everyday essentials like transport links and some nice, affordable places to eat. The resort itself faces the sea, and even though our apartment didn’t have a direct sea view, the beach was literally just across the road. Getting around was very easy without a car since public transport runs regularly and is surprisingly cheap, starting from about 70 pence per trip. The host, Lebrentals, was great to deal with, and Sadik, our main contact, really stood out. He was kind, responsive, and always happy to help—often saying, “just let me know whatever you need,” which we really appreciated. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely love to come back. It’s a genuinely nice place to stay.

Good hotel, nice room, bed was really comfortable. Mini bar was a bit poor only one of each item when there are two people in a room. Food was good lots of variety and choice. Snack bar food was great and pizzas were delicious. Drinks and cocktails were a very good standard. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Disappointed that there was no courtesy room to get showered and changed, you had to use the spa which was not the best and it was so hot and uncomfortable. I did express my views and the lovely lady at guest relations offered a better solution. Would recommend a stay at this hotel and would return.

The hotel was very good but the room we selected was very dated and in need of renovation works . The hotel is in the process of renovation works which disturbed our stay but minimal . Breakfast service was superb and good value , staff was super friendly and very informative . We would stay at this hotel again but not in the same room . Location wise would highly recommend .

Omdat dit onze eerste buitenlandse reis samen was, wilde ik dat onze vier nachten hier een speciale traktatie zouden zijn. Helaas was de jacuzzi suite met uitzicht op zee een grote teleurstelling en regelrechte geldverspilling. De jacuzzi op het balkon was onbruikbaar omdat het water, op zijn best, lauw was en de waterdruk slecht. Het adembenemende uitzicht vanuit onze kamer was echter om voor te sterven. Helaas is dat wat ik bijna deed, omdat de reling van het balkon een bout had losgemaakt en gevaarlijk verschoof onder mijn gewicht! Binnen kwam het behang op verschillende plekken van de muren, maar de airconditioning werkte goed en het bed was comfortabel. De manager deed zijn best om de problemen op te lossen en bood zelfs aan om ons te verplaatsen naar een andere suite, wat we weigerden omdat deze kleiner was en een minder uitzicht had. En daar ligt de verlossende kwaliteit van dit hotel. Het personeel! Iedereen, van de restaurantmanager tot de activiteitendirecteur, was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Geen neppe glimlachen of ingeblikte begroetingen. Ondanks de teleurstelling dat we moesten betalen voor een jacuzzi die we niet konden gebruiken, zorgden het fantastische uitzicht vanaf ons balkon en het fantastische personeel ervoor dat ons verblijf in King Royal Palace Ölüdeniz werkelijk onvergetelijk werd.

De locatie van het hotel is geweldig, maar de service is de slechtste die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Ik zal mijn verhaal met jullie delen: Ze serveren geen thee tijdens de lunch en het diner, maar hebben nog wel wat zoetigheden (baklava, wafels, enzovoort). Ik kan me niet voorstellen dat ik zoetigheden met water of bier zou eten. Ik heb gevraagd of ik nog thee kon krijgen, en de ober zei: ”Ik kan er niets aan doen, we hebben geen thee.” Dus toen vroeg ik een ober: ”Aangezien er geen thee is tijdens het diner, mag ik dan een stuk baklava meenemen naar de poolbar (ze serveren 24/7 thee, maar hebben geen zoetigheden) om het met thee te eten?” Ze antwoordde: ”Ja, dat mag.” Ik pakte een stuk baklava en liep naar de uitgang, waar een andere ober zei: ”Je mag geen eten meenemen.” Ik legde de situatie uit en zei dat een andere ober het goedkeurde, maar deze ober had net mijn baklava meegenomen voor 30-50 mensen. Walgelijk. Ik vind de regels prima, elk hotel mag zijn eigen regels opstellen, maar waarom zeggen twee obers totaal verschillende dingen? Het is grof gedrag, zou ik zeggen. Hij zou dan zeggen: ”Als mijn collega het heeft bevestigd, oké, maar we kunnen het de volgende keer niet bevestigen”, om me niet in verlegenheid te brengen, of naar de bar gaan en een kopje thee brengen, en nog een keer uitleggen dat ze het de volgende keer niet kunnen doen. Het zou een goede service zijn, denk ik. Dus ik ging naar de receptie en vroeg of ik een restaurantmanager kon bellen. Ze zeiden dat hij over 30 minuten zou komen. Ik zei dat ik aan de bar zou zijn. Over 30 minuten was er niemand. Ik ging terug naar de receptie, waar iemand me vertelde dat de manager al weg was en vroeg of hij morgen terug wilde komen. Fijn. Dus de volgende ochtend kwam ik naar de receptie, waar een andere receptioniste me vertelde dat er vandaag geen restaurantmanager was omdat hij zaterdag en zondag vrij was. Ik zei dat ik vandaag met de restaurantmanager kon praten. Ze antwoordde: ”Oké, maar ik kan je nergens mee helpen.” Absoluut de slechtste service-ervaring ooit.
