"Very well furnished, clean hotel. There is a nice garden outside but unfortunately that is a smoking zone. Check-in was smooth. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom, soap, shampoo were great. The room I was allocated had noise from music nearby. I couldn't sleep early as a result. Breakfast was sufficient. Given the location of the hotel, the amenities existing in the hotel are necessary but they aren't functional. Bar and restaurant weren't functional during my stay. Accessibility to/ from the hotel are an issue. Even grab is not reliable in this area during evenings unless you book premium. The public park nearby is quite pretty and at a walking distance but there are rabid dogs en route, making it very unsafe. The sidewalks are unleveled. Lady at the reception working at night wasn't helpful to me or other guests who had simple requests. Trashy attitude. Reception imparts the first and final impression of a hotel, so a welcoming and helpful attitude is mandatory for good business. What's the point in naming a hall after Mahamaya when even basic 'maya' is delivered in a shabby way. Have a job, do it right or else sitting at home is always an option available by default."

"In general it was a nice and comfortable stay, the rooms seem to be recently renovated. But there was also some downsides or things to keep in mind. 1. Location: The resort is quite remote, so if you wanna relax it’s good otherwise you gonna need a car to get around. 2. Lighting in the room is quite dark. 3. Breakfast: One day we had to skip breakfast because no employees were there."

For meals, there's a reasonably priced menu of food and drinks available at the front desk, making dining very convenient. The prices are fair, and the food is delicious. The staff even thoughtfully set up our meals on the terrace. However, since it's located in the mountains, it's hard to be completely free from bugs. Still, if you follow a few precautions, it's not a major inconvenience. The water pressure is a bit weak, but the hot water works well. The Wi-Fi isn't super fast, but the mobile signal is generally good. Given its location, it's naturally not going to have the same amenities as a city hotel, but it's more than enough for a relaxing stay at 1200 meters above sea level. Above all, the attentive and friendly service from the staff throughout our stay was truly impressive."

"The place looks kinda old. Hopefully they can do something about their road. The condition is not really good. The food to me is delicious. Especially the Khao Soi. I enjoy that the most. Is a nice place to be honest. Hopefully they can do some renovation and make it more aesthetic."

"We were looking forward to staying here so much, it was the most expensive place we stayed in at £149 for the night, unfortunately it was extremely disappointing first we were kept waiting 40 minutes in the blazing heat for a driver, we had to phone twice to ask how much longer we would have to wait, we were then kept waiting another 40 minutes to check in despite us asking for early check in. We eventually got to the room which was very dusty on both bedside tables and around the headboards, the deciding factor to us booking here was the outdoor bath unfortunate we had to clean it before using it then the water was only tepid so it was no good. The staff were absolutely lovely here if attention was paid to cleaning and the bath had hot water it would have been nice, I would not stay here again despite the lovely staff and stunning views."
