The perfect hotel in the centre of Phnom Penh with all the entertainment only minutes walk away from the hotel. Hotel is very nice and room are very well designed. Staff is very friendly and food in the skyward is very good and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for business or holiday travel in Phnom Penh.

My stay coincided with the king’s coronation holiday and I was certainly in for treat! Three nights of fireworks, how lucky! I even got to witness a ceremony of sorts from my room window (red carpet and the full works). The hotel’s location is amazing with unmatched views of the Royal Palace, Wat Botum Park and from the rooftop infinity pool on the 12th floor, a breathtaking view of the river! Just a short walk on the main road, you’ll find a small Daily Mart with necessities, the victory monument just across the road, and Brown Cafe (it’s not the only branch but it’s the coolest-looking one with a little glass house centre and good cold drip coffee). While the hotel doesn’t have a gym, Phnom Penh is a relatively walkable city and you can definitely get your steps in while exploring. Don’t miss the sunset - absolutely stunning from the pool. You can order food from the restaurant (the hotel’s only restaurant on the 11th floor) and they’ll serve it to you poolside. Breakfast and the food at the hotel’s restaurant is average at best and you’re much better off having it at Brown Cafe just 2 min walk from the hotel, or any of the local eateries nearby. When I checked in, the hotel upgraded me to a deluxe king room but I noticed a strong smell of turpentine or some chemical sealant that stung my eyes. It was likely from some recent repair works. Turning up the AC and opening the windows solved it. Bonus points for the bedding - super comfortable. Had the best sleep and there were mornings where I had to pull myself out of bed. But the best part of this comfortable fuss-free hotel is the warm hospitality and service from the hotel staff. They truly made my stay feel like a home away from home. Special shoutout to Thiya from the front desk for helping me out when I broke a glass in the bathroom, and for his patience with my incessant queries. I’ll certainly be back!

The hotel has a great ambient, nice minimalistic modern design and all the hotel staffs are pleasant and nice. We had a great time staying and will come back again whenever back to Phnom Penh again. Location is great, a short walk to the King’s Palace and by the riverside promenade. The roof top restaurant has a great view. The food quality serves are good.

On this trip I upgraded to one of their apartments and that made my week even more comfortable.. Very spacious, bath, 2 showers 2 toilets, 2 good aircon units and a small balcony overlooking Wat Botum pagoda. A good family sized fridge freezer meant my drinks, milk meats and cheeses were cold. Basic utensils but top tip, bring a normal cutlery knife. Located on 4th floor, I woas treated to a spooky but spectacular lightning show without the rumble of thunder. Stood on balcony and had a fantastic view. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfasts still very good, simple but plenty. However going 'self-catering' allowed me to get my cornflakes and ice cold milk in the morning. Cannot beat that! Next visit will see me booking an apartment only. So so convenient. Again, Le Botum was a superb location for me. Go to street 172. Plenty of expats....some characters too...and a 24hr supermarket called 'Smile' and you will. So much British stuff, it could have been anywhere in the UK. Book Le Botum. You won't be disappointed.

Het werkt goed en ik kan mijn kleren op het balkon hangen. De AEON-supermarkt ligt op een steenworp afstand. Veel lokale eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Uitzicht vanuit kamer 1712A is een ander appartement/hotel. Uitstekende waarde voor uw geld. Goede service van het personeel bij de receptie.

Tegenover AEON 1 voor leuk winkelen en eten. Er zijn nu 3 AEON-winkelcentra in Phnom Penh. Een tuktuk die via een app wordt geboekt, kost 6.000 riels voor een ritje naar de Night Market. De dame bij de receptie is zo lief. Ze boekte een tuktuk voor me en ik betaalde contant rechtstreeks aan de chauffeur. Heel erg bedankt. Voor zover ik me kan herinneren werkt het receptiepersoneel niet van 3.00 tot 8.00 uur. De kamer is ruim en alles is gemaakt van hoogwaardige materialen. Ik ben dol op het zwembad op de 41e verdieping. Adembenemend uitzicht op de rivier en de stad daarboven. Het restaurant is op dezelfde verdieping, dus we liepen erlangs om het zwembad te gebruiken. Er waren geen andere gasten toen we allebei gingen zwemmen. Het zwembad is open vanaf 7.00 uur. Een kleine kleedkamer en toilet bevinden zich vlakbij het zwembad. De fitnessruimte is op de 7e verdieping. Hoge kwaliteit en geweldige service. Er was niemand aanwezig toen we aan het sporten waren. Nadat de gast klaar was met het gebruik van de loopband en het zweten, kwam een ​​mannelijke medewerker de machine schoonmaken. Heel goed! Goede prijs, goede locatie en de kamer is heel erg groot. Het gebouw ligt net achter het Koninklijk Paleis en het Museum. Het is een zeer artistieke antieke decoratie. De kamer had een balkon en veel ramen. De frisse bries van de rivier is fenomenaal en ik open de deur open voor een frisse bries. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer en het zwembad op het dak en de bar zijn uitstekend. Ik ben naar een andere bar op het dak in de buurt geweest, maar Oké Boutique is de beste. Ik zal zeker terugkomen. In dat gebied zijn de meeste hotelkamers erg klein.
