We stayed for one night at The London Chigwell Prince Regent, and while the hotel itself is your standard, no-fuss 4 star hotel, it was the staff who truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, check-in was seamless — the team couldn’t do enough for us. They were more than happy to accommodate a room change with no fuss at all. Later, we realised we’d accidentally left important medication in the room after check-out. The staff handled it swiftly and with real care, making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare these days to experience genuine, thoughtful customer service like this. The team here are a credit to the venue, and we’d happily stay again because of them.
