A special shoutout to Ari, who made everything related to our stay incredibly easy. He connected with us as soon as we booked our room and guided us seamlessly with transportation to Snow Town. Ari truly went above and beyond ensuring we didn’t miss any of the highlights around Snow Town and that we had an unforgettable stay at his hotel. The lunch and breakfast were delicious, the rooms were cosy, modern, and well-equipped, and the location was very central perfect for moving around at night. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are very clean and unique. You can enjoy the outdoor scenery right from your bed. They offered complimentary frozen pears and persimmons upon check-in, and a free breakfast. The ground floor houses a cafe where you can order coffee and milk tea. The hotel also provides butler service. When entering Snow Village, a butler will pick you up and guide you, and they'll inform you of activity times in advance. Our butler, Xiao Wu, accompanied us throughout our stay, taking us to the best spots for photos in Snow Village, helping us take pictures, even refilling our hot water. They guided us in playing 'water splashing into ice,' letting us do it as many times as we wanted until we were thoroughly entertained. When we left, they dropped us off at the bus station and helped with our luggage the whole way. The service was excellent. Five-star rating for Butler Xiao Wu!

The room wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for three people, which is understandable given how expensive space is here. When we first arrived, we felt a bit cold. They brought us an electric heater, but honestly, it wasn't the room that was cold, it was just us being chilled from outside. So, we turned it off after a while. In the evening, when we wanted to eat in the room, they even brought us a small 'kang' table (a heated brick bed, used here for a low table). The service at Xueshang Yunsheng was exceptionally good; they were never bothered no matter when we asked for help. The tickets we bought for the Ice and Snow Gallery and the big ** (attraction) were a great deal. The accommodation was clean, and the hot water for showering was excellent. I didn't take any photos. I didn't take any photos inside the room. Some people say that in Xuexiang, the hot water is bad, and rooms lack water and toilet paper, but we didn't experience any of that. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Great location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel. Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

По прямой улице путь составил бы минут 10. На такси можно доехать за 5 минут. Отель расположен в тихом жилом районе. Номер комфортный, чистый, в ванной комнате имеется функция теплого пола. Предоставили приветственные фрукты, в номере имелись пакетированные чай, кофе, вода. Хотела бы отметить работу администраторов на ресепшене 20.10.2025 (после 17:00). Девушка оперативно и профессионально решила возникшую проблему, отнеслась с пониманием и вежливостью. Имеется нюанс: вблизи отеля я не смогла найти хороший супермаркет, кофейню либо пекарню. Позже мне сообщили, что магазин где-то есть, но карты Google и Maps.me его не отображают. Маленький магазинчик со снеками есть за отелем у школы, там же расположена китайская «лапшичная»

The service at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to meet my needs promptly. The room was also very clean and comfortable, and the bed was super cozy. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to all the activities in Snow Town. The room facilities were excellent, everything was neat and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided, making for a truly pleasant stay.

(This is absolutely, 100% genuine and I'm so touched!!!) My boyfriend and I traveled together, and we only booked this hotel in Xuexiang the night before, but it turned out to be the luckiest decision I made on this trip! Shortly after booking, they assigned us an incredibly enthusiastic butler! From travel itinerary planning to basic hotel services, he was almost always online 24/7. He explained all the activities available in the scenic area, customized our route based on our preferences, helped us book all our tickets, and even arranged our return transportation to Harbin, considering the heavy snow might block roads. Ahhh, seriously, if we had any questions or didn't know where to go, we could ask him and he'd reply instantly! So cool! When we got back to the hotel at 11 PM, the hotel restaurant was closed, and there was no delivery service in Xuexiang. But our butler first prepared frozen pears, frozen persimmons, and other fruits for us, and then went out into the snow, checking multiple stores to get us dinner 🥹 (He truly anticipated all our needs and proactively recommended more cost-effective options – he's seriously so genuine 🥹) The hotel restaurant service was also excellent; the dishes were incredibly fresh and delicious! Today was so much fun! We saw thick snow, snow mushrooms, visited **Qiang's house, watched Northeast Errenzhuan (a local folk art), rode snow tubes on Bangchui Mountain, participated in a 'down jacket disco,' and embraced under the fireworks! So, I believe that the key to every trip is the encounters you make. We were so fortunate to encounter a hotel that provided such immense emotional value. This was a truly wonderful experience and a very romantic trip. In the vast, icy, and wild Northeast, gentle fairy tales can be told…💕

We stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Tips for future guests: • Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience. • Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors. • The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing. • If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist. Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for those visiting Snow Village in winter, especially families.

The staff are all welcoming. They really are accommodating and help us with our needs. They also booked us to the private car which made things easier since there's a language barrier. Make sure to have a WeChat app to help with communication. Overall stay is okay, they are really friendly. Location is okay if you don't mind walking from the shuttle bus since they have a butler to pick you up there.

Hotel is ongeveer 8-10min wandelen van de bus val van het gebied. Personeel was aardig, nam snel deel aan mijn verzoek. We boeken de familiekamer die kan bewonen 7 van ons, maar er waren slechts 2 handdoeken plus 2 handdoeken beschikbaar in de kamer. Het hotel heeft ons op verzoek meer handdoeken geleverd. De kamer was schoon en vrolijk. Er waren twee tweepersoonsbedden die vier van ons passen, terwijl een ander tatami bed bijna de andere drie van ons passen (wil het groter tatami was), maar het is slechts voor een nacht, dus het was goed. De kamer was uitgerust met een groot raam dat aan de Main Street, die een pluspunt is, een geweldige ochtend en nacht uitzicht op sneeuwstad uit het uitzicht! Ontbijt was geweldig! Veel diversiteit en het was heerlijk. Het hotel gaf ons zelfs gratis bevroren eten als diner. Er waren ook gratis water-ijs activiteiten die het hotel verstrekte. Over het algemeen was het verblijf geweldig.
