"Long Hui en Chen Zhongxu bij de receptie waren attent en vriendelijk, waardoor ik me thuis voelde. En beantwoord vragen snel en help problemen op te lossen. De kamer is schoon en netjes en het beddengoed is comfortabel, waardoor mensen een ontspannend gevoel krijgen. Het ontbijt was rijk aan variatie en heerlijk, wat me een goede start gaf. Het hotel heeft een gunstige ligging, een goede omgeving en handig vervoer. Ik ben zeer tevreden."

"The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back."

"most affordable option within the entire ski resort, located at the end of the resort but the resort isn't very big so walking a few mins more is perfectly fine. Very nice and comfortable, ski passes for each night of stay, access to the hotel's own hot spring (i believe it is the only hotel in the resort with this), buffet breakfasts, and free airport pick-up/drop-offs make this hotel a very good value stay!"

"❄️ The hotel is not the most convenient choice for families with young children or for less experienced skiers, as it is located away from the city centre. Guests always need to rely on shuttles or taxis to get around. The city centre is also where the hot springs, water park, and the snow and ice attractions are located, so unfortunately a lot of time is wasted in transport. 🚐 Shuttle service is a clear area for improvement. The frequency is limited, and we often had to wait quite a while—sometimes missing two full shuttles before being able to board. Increasing the number of shuttles would make a big difference. 🎿 Ski passes are flexible: they can be used on any day, including check-in and check-out days. Usage is limited to once per night, and you can choose either daytime or nighttime skiing—but not both on the same day. However, you don’t need to use them on consecutive days, which gives families more freedom to plan rest days. 🏠 On the positive side, the room was spacious and well equipped. The bar, fitness area, ping-pong room, and yoga room were all enjoyable and added variety to the stay. Breakfast is also quite varied and good."

"Couldn’t rate due to the last minute cancellation, was told that their had to go under renovation, hence gotten a last minute cancel 1day prior to our stay. Was left with no choice but book PULLMAN instead."

"The newly opened hotel is particularly satisfied with the stay, full of orange taste, the room is large, the mattress pillow is very comfortable to sleep, the bedding is clean and tidy, the bathroom is dry and wet, the bathroom is also very clean, the smart toilet, the toiletries are complete with orange characteristics. The room has a small refrigerator, and there are candies and biscuits, intimate. The front desk service is very good, and the demand for the room can also be mentioned. Five-star praise!"

"I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'."

"De faciliteiten zijn heel, heel eenvoudig. Hoewel het allemaal loft-achtige appartementen zijn met een relatief grote oppervlakte, zijn ze erg leeg en er is geen flessenwater. Ik woon in een appartement met een slaapkamer op de bovenverdieping, maar de badkamer op de bovenverdieping is niet bruikbaar, en de badkamer beneden is erg krap. Er is een toilet. Het is ook erg ouderwets en de indeling is een beetje vreemd. Ben je dikker en ga je op het toilet zitten, dan wordt het tegen de rolpapierplank geschoven. De WI- FI kan worden genegeerd, en het is eigenlijk nutteloos. De ober zei in de feedback dat er te veel gasten blijven, maar het is twee uur midden in de nacht. Ik heb geen toegang tot internet om 3 uur. Misschien sliep niet iedereen midden in de nacht. Na het lezen van de commentaren klaagden veel mensen over het wifi-probleem, maar het was duidelijk nutteloos. Ik kwam laat aan, dus ik heb de gratis warmwaterbron niet ervaren, die kan een pluspunt zijn. Item, de service is oke, hoewel de telefoons boven en beneden in huis niet goed werken, moet je je mobiele telefoon gebruiken om de receptie te bellen, maar de feedback dat de tv niet werkt zal komen om snel te helpen."

"This is a heartwarming guesthouse with a sophisticated style and thoughtful details. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are attentive and considerate. The rooms offer stunning snow views right outside the window. The breakfast is nutritious and includes a soup. There are many farmhouses nearby for dinner, offering better value and more choices than eating inside Wanda Plaza! The guesthouse includes a jungle trek and snowmobile activities, one for each day, which the kids loved. The jungle trek was especially special, with only four or five people and two guides leading and protecting them – a forest hiking experience unlike any other, it felt like childhood. This place is perfect for playing in the snow, enjoying the snow, and taking the kids on a vacation. I usually don't write reviews, but this experience was just so wonderful that I'm definitely coming back next year! 🥳"

"The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, and there's an odor in the elevator. However, the room hygiene is excellent, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. You can also enjoy hot spring water showers and direct cold mineral water. The price is very good. The complimentary hot spring tickets offer great value, allowing you to try all the indoor (bicarbonate/strontium pools) and outdoor (herbal pools) hot springs. There are also some spa treatments that are perfect for a family outing. Most pools are warm, but you can also challenge yourself with a high-temperature pool to work up a sweat."
