"This place is great value for money. Nice clean rooms and comfy beds. The down fall is they don't have a pool and don't have chairs to sit on the balcony.
The main thing to avoid is the hotel restaurant, it is terrible!!! I order the calamari and it looked like a kids meal, over cooked, over priced and just bland. My husband ordered the grilled chicken, it was boiled chicken they took out of the freezer and put onto the grill to get few grill lines. It was still cold in the centre. Many better restaurants are located nearby."

New and Modern interior design, especially impressive for a motel-rated property.
Spacious room with an exceptionally comfortable bed.
Wide variety of in-room beverages.

Free parking for motel guests (unlike the sister hotels, which charge $15 for 24 hours).
Bad:
No self-service laundry — a major drawback for a motel. I had to walk 480m to a public laundromat on first day.. then only learned that we can use laundry service at sister hotel.
Poorly designed shower area. The shower platform is higher than the toilet section, causing water to flow out into the toilet area instead of towards the drain — very odd design.
Internet is weak, unstable, and slow. If your child wants to play Roblox… forget it.
Housekeeping needs significant improvement. They didn’t wash the mugs and glasses, didn’t clear used plates, didn’t sweep the floor, and didn’t replace the trash bag — they only changed the towels."

"Basecamp Hostel is een goede plek met een gastvrije structuur, maar er zijn een paar dingen die verbeterd kunnen worden. Ik heb hier al een paar keer verbleven, maar ze hebben mijn verzoek om in dezelfde kamer te verblijven niet in overweging genomen. Sommige andere gasten hadden problemen met de airconditioning in hun kamer, die niet echt werkte, wat voor hen erg vervelend was.
Bovendien zijn handdoeken op slot en kun je er zelf geen meenemen. Slechts één handdoek per dag is niet genoeg. Ik heb ook gevraagd of ze een koffer ongeveer een maand konden opslaan terwijl ik naar Bali reisde, maar ze zeiden nee.
Ik denk dat het hostel flexibeler zou kunnen zijn en extra services zou kunnen bieden, vooral voor terugkerende gasten. Over het algemeen was het een positieve ervaring, maar er is zeker ruimte voor verbetering wat betreft klantenservice en voorzieningen."

"It was ok, but not more.
The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower.
the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor.
Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does.
The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote.
Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work.
Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits.
It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again."

"From the moment we walked in we welcomed and made feel important. The Reception area was warm and friendly and process was easy. The hotel room was perfect size and location great. GGastgebruikerGood central city location and very clean, well equipped room with small cooktop and full range of appliances and cutlery /crockery. We only had a ”studio” room which was cheaper than others but still quite roomy with a table, bench and multiple chairs plus a large bed. The bathroom was also a decent size and had plenty of extras. Our room only had a view of a concrete wall opposite and while slightly disappointing the outlook wasn't the reason we stayed there.
I spoke with half a dozen front desk staff across three days every one of whom was friendly, efficient and helpful. Well done hiring manager. Good free washing/drying machines in shared area on ground floor were a nice touch (I believe some of the more expensive rooms have their own). A fairly minor negative was the parking at a public car park across the road about half a block away ($30/day). While you can unload your luggage and passengers at the curb outside the Quesr, it's then a bit of a walk back for the driver if that's a concern for you. Overall a good place to stay and access city sights.

SShe3Very very good location!! Most attractions are just walking distance especially the Rundle Plaza. Like 6-8 mins away from the hotel. Railway and bus stations are also close. If you’re into western fastfood, there’s a KFC and McDo both sides of the street where the hotel is located. Many food choices for breakfast buffet. Room and T&B is big and clean. Complete with amenities with small fridge and iron and stand. Highly recommended and will probably book here again next time! 💕

It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b
Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre.
Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

GGastgebruikerI didn't realise it was stair access only. This wasn't made obvious when I booked or I would have avoided it. Because I have 2 extremely bad knees and cannot do stairs this made it very hard for me. By the time I walked down to there, walked up the outside steps it was too late when I saw the inside steps to go back because my knees were done.
Heater not working so by the time I realised this on the first night I physically wasn't able to walk back again. But when I reported this on Tuesday night there was instant action and the issue was resolved. Heater on, but it was VERY loud when running.
Not much space to sit and relax. If there were 4 guests there is literally not enough room in the couch/fridge/tv area to accommodate. And one of the luxurious things about staying in a hotel room is sitting in bed and watching TV which is impossible here.
It has been years since I've stayed in a hotel or motel room that does not supply shampoo/conditioner so this was a surprise.
Fridge door jammed, had to push it hard to close.

GGastgebruikerI had a great stay here compared to most hotels where the room is spacious and there's a big window with sunlight coming through and they provide welcome snacks and water for free which is rare these days unless you stay at a 5 star hotel. I was happy with the friendly customer service and allowing to store my luggage before check in and after check out. What could be improved is a sign as soon as the lift was being fixed as I didn't know the lift wasn't working when I was waiting for it on level 3. The room tends to be stuffy when the air con isn't on and brings a stuff smell. Windows need to be opened if it would open. The hotel card is quite fiddly and takes a while to unlock, they need to replace with better cards and door signal. In saying that, I would stay again as it was a good experience overall compared to other hotels I stayed in. It's not far from IGA groceries and bus stops plus there's a shared area to cook your food.

I’d also like to add the sauna the wood is almost falling the wall on the right hand side a bit maintenamce is needed in there ..
and to up keep with all around existing hotels
Filtered water and cups not the fountain Out side the spa as you can get vide hydrated in there … I was dizzy stepping out of due to my own fault drinking alcohol all night and then the sauna anyways I good coles water straight out side the spa would be perfect thank you
The room it self was very beautiful I’d actual love to purchase one of the rooms and actual live there once the spas in working order
My son stayed there a month years ago with airforce coming back from Wagga Wagga at 19-21 yrs the Air Force funded his stay and I stayed with him and il never forget the very special family memories perfect spot tram casino train all very good 9/10 10/10 if you did some maintenance in the sauna and have the spa up and running the day the spa is working email me and il stay .2 /3 nights

Their rooms are clean, amenities are excellent, rooms are spacious, views are scenic and it is cvonveniently located to any major plae you would like to visit. I loved how generous their compliments are, including the fridge with merchandise that would be essential in the middle of the night or so! It was also fairly priced and we loved our spa and pool sessions.
If you need to relax and unwind in a well hosted environment in Adelide, do'nt hesitate to make a booking. I will definitely book them if I have to go back.Thank you😊😊😊😊
